    This 100%

We've had a shit few years. We've been divided as a fan base and had to endure a lot.

Do I think RD is right for the club in the long run, based on past behaviour, no. Do I judge anyone for staying away or continuing to go, no. We need to try and start to pull together as best we can under the current set up
I've just been flagged for saying something similar

  • I'm happy to be proved wrong and I want to be proved wrong.

I'm confident it will not happen mind you
  • So the crowd was about the same as last season? Whats the issue again?
  • Was cutting the grass when the game kicked off.....2nd season since 1971 i've not been....SE9 Monkey Hangers
  • At the number of people who have returned to The Valley today, as if nothing has gone on & it's all fine now.

Katrien & Roland will be laughing

He and she don't give a toss. I don't think they are laughing at us, we are meaningless to them. Just customers, nothing more or less.
  • I was stunned by the sight of the large hairy arse on display in the shop window after the game.

    Well done that man.

    Saw that, very funny

Really fancy it but it's a bloody long haul from the north of Yorkshire. Is Plymouth any good for a weekend with the missus?

Yes it is. I can recommend the Holiday Inn on the Hoe.

Great cider bar by the Marina. Last time I was there, live music on a Saturday night...

  • I've never met one of those people. Has anybody on here?
Not exactly, but there are some for whom self-identifying victimhood, feeling disgusted/abused/insulted and made to feel 'depressed' by an absent septuagenarian and his sidekick is meat and drink to them.
Great effort from the team yesterday. And the crossbar man.

  • Have to say after completely boycotting last year, I'm wondering if I can make it through this season without going. It would be lovely to go to the valley and see some decent football*, and boy do I miss being there - so does my youngest.

Won't be going back for a season ticket for a while though....

    * Ever the eternal optimist...
  • Why aren't we supporting them away? 2 birds 1 stone...
See you on the coach to Exeter then.

    What are you interested in?
  • Beating Bristol rovers isn't the groundbreaking second coming, it should be a gimmie if we're serious title contenders, I don't think we are but think we played well from what I heard, the infighting continues but I do find it a tad hypocritical when people on here go to the matches yet demand he sells, a clubs fans are what makes it, you take them away you don't have a good club.
  • But I'll be there next Saturday 17 hour round trip, coya
