The only good derby that could possibly have come out of any of this pathetic group stage would've been Millwall getting drawn with either West ham or Chelsea

Great local draw for AFC Wimbledon in a group with 2 Welsh teams and Plymouth!

    Was just thinking that.
2x 200mile apart and a nice local derby against their next door (150mile away) neighbours Newport.

That regional group with Middlesbrough, Cambridge and Shrewsbury is hilarious.

West Ham are not allowed to play there match at home due to their tenancy agreement.

    South West Addick.
    Do you live in Hull?
Only the whole EFL thing has thrown me.
    London.

To be fair there are some good Derbies in there...

    Millwall v Gillingham
    Southend v Leyton Orient
    Norwich v Peterborough
    Swindon v Oxford
    Swansea v Newport
    Bristol Rovers v Yeovil
    Middlesbrough v Scunthorpe
    Sunderland v Hartlepool
    Derby v Port Vale

    etc.

    Derby v Port Vale ? That's a new one.

When do we find out who we are at home to and who we are away to ?

If by some miracle we ever got to the final we will all be flopping our cocks out over it.

    You first claude

When do we find out who we have away. Crawley would be a new ground

There would be a mass woodwork exodus should we make the final.

Lol, I don't think you need to worry about that, I doubt we will get out the group. Southampton will beat us and we all know how we did against Colchester last year.

Anyone else unbelievably excited about this? No, me neither.

It's a classy number, shit parking (for those that don't have family who live about a 5 minute walk away)

I look forward to seeing the attendance figures for the inevitable dead rubber ties.

As soon as possible, so we can concentrate on avoiding promotion.

Cambridge v Middlesbrough will be a challenge for whichever side that travels. Over 200 miles each way on a weeknight
  • Options
We all know it'll be Cambridge doing the travelling!!

Shrewsbury v Middlesbrough is about the same.

In total, for 6 matches in that group (Boro, Cambridge, Scunthorpe, Shrewsbury), there will be about 1800 miles of travel.
