Bulot

Missed last night and he doesn't count on player scores. Would be really keen to know how he performed. Star or dud? Or somewhere in between??

Looked like he had quality but wasn't impressedby him going walkabout all over the pitch. He came on a right winger but often ended up in the centre or getting in Cousins' way on the left.

Had one cross with decent whip on it but it was dealt with comfortably by the Wolves CB had one shot from distance which went comfortably over the bar and into the Covered End.

Impossible to say on a 15 minute cameo but certainly showed some nice touches, looked comfortable on the ball, plenty of movement and didn't try anything too fancy. Looks promising, then again Danny Green looked good in short bursts :-0

Looks useful but to early to tell, problem with some charlton fans a player is written off if he doesn't perform in his first game.

    Somewhere in between - STUD

  • Thought we looked better after he came on.
  • Thought he moved the ball with pace and purpose from his brief time. Be good to see what he has to offer with longer on the pitch.

Big Bob wanted to put Bulot on earlier but had to wait for his food to go down.

No goals, no assists, lost winning at home streak when he played.... get rid ;-)

Looked a classy player to me. Great touch, quick and strong. I think he is going to be very good.

With a pedigree like this I don't think he's going to be too shabby

    2005–2006 France U16 12 (0)
    2006–2007 France U17 12 (2)
    2007–2008 France U18 5 (0)
    2008–2009 France U19 17 (1)
    2010–2012 France U21 9 (0)
    2014– Gabon 1 (0)

Let's remember that they played together last season in a midfield that finished top of their league and into knock out phases of Europa league.
The challenge is to add two players from the squad to Bulot, Gudmundsson, Vetokele and Buyens to deliver pace, flair, goals and break up tackles.
    Cousins gets my vote.

Yassin Moutaouakil played for the French U21s too ;-)
  • Looked good, though his drifting into the centre left us exposed on the right at times.

  • Looked like he had some quality too him but did not get enough time on the ball to really judge yet, hopefully he gets a start on Saturday if Gudmundsson is still out injured.
  • I liked the fact he chased down lost causes... bodes well in my opinion... I think he'll end up being a good additiion.

He could be the player that changes BPs thinking from 442 to 433, a midfield 3 of

    Buyens Jackson Cousins

    With a front 3 of

    Gudmundsson Vetokele Bulot

Looks very good indeed on paper.

Let's hope if it ever comes to fruition that it works just as well on grass

So Wilson gets dropped after one sub-standard performance?

He was better than Wilson that said my nan would have been better than Wilson on Tuesdsy night.
  • Main question... Would the ladies on here like to see Bulot do the Ice Bucket Challenge in a t-shirt? ;)
