    Earlier this month Standard Liege’s club president Roland Duchatelet claimed Arsenal were eyeing up a move for Michy Batshuayi.
    However, the player’s agent, Katrien Meire, recently revealed that only several Italian clubs have made enquiries for the 20-year-old but has yet to hear anything from Arsenal, suggesting, for the time being anyway, that it is nothing more than a rumour:
    ‘Interest of Italian clubs? Some intermediaries have asked. Nobody from the Gunners has talked to us – they are just rumours.’
    Batshuayi, a Belgium Under-21 international, has made a superb start to the season for Liege, scoring 12 goals in 19 league outings.

    'Striker Michy Batshuayi’s agent has been ruffling feathers with his club, Standard Leige. His agent, Christophe Henrotay, was quoted saying that a number of clubs were interested in him.' i thought this was his agent
