    Maybe wishful thinking but sounded like a final decision tonight between the clubs and not if he will play for them on Saturday

    I was once told that a medical needed to be passed to justify a transfer fee. I understand one of the reasons Chris Solly never moved on during his prime was that none of his suitors could get him insured.

    Maybe Reading.could reduce the fee so we could take a gamble.

    Just a reminder Knibbs hasn’t played a minute of pre-season. If we did sign him he wouldn’t be match fit for a good while.

    1957 Chevy Bel Air, obviously not mine 😂

    I did a Sopranos tour in New Jersey/NY and this was part of it. Fantastic car, when I am a bit better off one day I will be picking one up as a hobby car.

    "As far as I'm aware, now, from now on, it's not going to be done". That doesn't sound like talks are still ongoing.

    He was specifically asked if the deadline was for the player and he said “no”.
    Then he talks about the clubs talking and as far he is concerned it is off.
    Have another listen.
    Not saying your conclusion is wrong, but I think he has been told it’s off which may or not be true. We’ll see.

    In business, “no” is often the start of negotiations not the end.

    Sounds like Ben Reeves all over again. We spent all.summer chasing him & as he hadn't done a pre-season he wasn't match fit when the season started. Spent a number of weeks getting up to speed & ultimately was a let down.
