Don’t like to criticise England too much in games like this but this is fucking awful.

This looks like pre Southgate England of 11 players individually on the pitch with no cohesion or team.

Utterly shite. No excuse for the entire team to be strolling round like they couldn’t give a shit. Henderson? Really? Where is Angel Gomes? He looked really useful in the games under Carsley.

Good half. Kept it tight. Just need to get our noses in front second half then shut up shop.
    Tactical genius

That was terrible. Everything from the team selection to the effort to the finishing.

Henderson, Alexander Arnold, seriously and Burns looks like he will get skinned against a half decent nation.  Fuck me this Tuchel makes Southgate seem like a genius tactician.

Just think when Tuchel joined he should've picked a young group of players mixed in with a few established starters and kept that squad up to the World Cup.

This weird bridging squad that has players that will not play any part in the World Cup makes zero sense.

I also thinkTuchel is a bad appointment…he was rubbish at Bayern Munich. Looks like another depressing World Cup.

Just wasted 93 minutes of my life.
We played at a boringly slow pace, became kind of hypnotic at times and I found myself nodding off and missing a few minutes here and there.😴
Was expecting some good stuff from Palmer in particular, he might just as well have stayed back at the hotel….he gets a 2 out of 10 from me.

That was hard work. The only enjoyment from the stands was the fact that there was an Andorran defender whose surname was “Ian”.

Could be worse cities to go for an away day though tbf.

I'm going to let you in on something...

    Thomas Tuchel is a German

He couldn’t give a toss. He's a smart bloke but his heart is not in it, he doesn't give a shit and he never will.

Win the world Cup.....my word, that is not going to happen.

60 years of hurt should be replaced with infinity years of repetitive boring disappointment.

It's coming home? It's coming home? NO!

It's never going to come home. F*ck - off.

Spot on, bloke lucked out getting this job.

Did awful at Bayern, completely disrupted the dressing room and had terrible man management skills, this is well documented among the players and it ended quite sour.

Chelsea piss their pants about him over the CL, but I think there was an element of luck there. They were nowhere near bookies favourites, and I always think back to Di Matteo winning it with them and then doing sod all

As for PSG, I genuinely think you could put me in charge and they'd still manage top4, might even still win the league with the gap.

It's still new for him, but that looked no different from the usual dross, and I don't have him in the special manager category to implement a real style.

On a side note, and at a risk of pelters, worth looking at any players from Andorra? If they can manage to keep it that close against top level prem players, the champ should be a breeze.

Their goalie would be out of the question as he would be out of our price range I imagine and plays for Villareal B, but their defenders. Could be a lot cheaper and up to English standards.

Or did we just make them look good?

The main issue I've got is he appears to think we need a root and branch change because things were going so badly under Southgate.
    They really weren't.
He's got a very short contract in the scheme of things, and casting an eye over Henderson is probably not the brightest idea when you're short on time.
Strange appointment and I still think if we were to win something under him the public would be very very whelmed despite what the crackpots at the FA think..
They are about as out of touch as the Tory party.

Watching that was like watching our play off matches. Dull boring 1-0 wins. Was Tuchel on the same training course as our Nathan.

Absolute garbage .  Disjointed selection, totally lacking in any balance and cohesion .  As for Henderson.. I was not pro Palace Gareth and not in favour of Carsley taking over but this looks worse
