We're doing 3 nights in Malaga, 3 nights in Granada and deciding on where to spend the final 3 nights depending on what Malaga is like. We may go to Benalmadena for the last 3 nights1 -

Just to add airport to Malaga bus station/renfe train station use train from airport to Maria Zambrano station. No need to queue for a ticket just swipe credit/debit card at barrier.1 -

Pretty sure I parked at the science museum (worth a visit with kids) and walked to the city centre, bus back.
It's probably a bit of a tourist trap given the location but Bodegas Castañeda is still a great place to have lunch.0 -

Seville has great places to eat and drink on just about every street corner and most take cards but we did drop on a couple of smaller bars/cafes that were cash only so a few euros will be handy.
The cathedral, Alcazar of Seville, plaza de España, casa de Pilatos and Triana district are just a few of the must see places in Seville.
Not got to Cadiz yet, can you let me know how easy the trip is from Seville?

Cathedral & Alcazar already booked but will definitely check out the other places. We are travelling to Cadiz by train & have pre booked tickets, as limited number of direct trains. Journey is just over 90 minutes & hopefully straightforward but will feedback.1 -

The cathedral is good but I wouldn’t bother with going to the top of the tower as the view not always great either the number of tourists.2 -
My impression of most European countries is that they are less card/phone payment dominated than the UK is now, so always bring some cash as well.
And 1 and 2 Euro coins are really useful to have, as a lot of museums and galleries have coin operated lockers.1 -

Gandia Spain (Valencia region) - it’s like being in Blackpool with continuous rain, Thunder and lightening very very frightening…and now flooding.

We loved Granada such a classy place. Loved the market which sold the tapas to eat. We eat some really strange fishy things.. see below. Will definetly go back.
We really like Malaga too, lovely old town and beach. Already booked to go back for a few days in December 👍. And the weather is still fantastic 26 degrees 😎
