    Europe still beckons.
    In the year 2039

  • At least we didn't suffer the ignominy of losing to a non league club and survive to fight another day.

Cometh the hour cometh the Gasman...
There's a Flanders and Swann song about that...
Well it all makes work for the working man to do.
(I'll be impressed if anyone manages to turn it into a chant for him)
    You never know.

    It would be glorious though.

I could happily enjoy a reworked version going through various different players.
"It was in the seventh minute that the Gasman got the ball.... :)
I think that you may be volunteering yourself.
Nah, contributing the odd line and nitpicking scansion is about my limit.

  • Quality finish.  Give that man some Chicken George.

    Good weekend all 👊
  • Wemberlee!!

I have just checked and the 2nd round isn't played at Wembley 😕

BUT the Bristol street motors Trophy final is 😀

  • Decent finish!

Not bad from the non league donkey who's worse than hylton.

No . I was on ESPN

Blushes saved by some proper non league goalkeeping. A totally unacceptable performance. Jones had full autonomy in the summer and has somehow built a more lightweight midfield than we had last season.

Mannion not at fault for any of the goals but made one world class save that in the end got us through..

Not as bad as Curbishly. Our draw against Dagenham at the Valley all those years ago.
    We went through ….eventually
Only just if I member  in extra time of the replay, I went to both games that was hard watching.

  • As Charlton fans, we all knew when we passed on a chance to make it 3-0 that it wasn't going to be comfortable. At least we won. The expected outcome was losing that on pens. It isn't a new thing, it has been going on for years. Today was better than usual.
