Wrexham sell out ?

  • Is Wayne Rooney managing Wrexham yet?
  • How many sold so far?

I know you're taking the piss but I don't think Wrexham would go for a headline grabbing appointment like Birmingham did whenever they part ways with Parky. I understand the cliche about them but it seems like on the football side they're actually fairly well run and not hugely showbiz. No one could call Parky a Hollywood appointment for example
  • A near sell-out crowd. Some of you are undoubtedly going to end up with a kid behind you who spends the entire 90 minutes kicking the back of your seat.

    Enjoy!
If it's Golfie then i can't wait for his post-match comments.
  • Not read all of the posts as quite a miserable thread really! But as much as i don't care who heads off for a pint or needs a wee every twenty minutes, i'm sure we can all agree that stopping on the stairway to watch the match blocking off 20 or so people sitting down is a pretty w*nky thing to do. It's like being in the cinema or theatre, getting up and just standing there for 30 seconds as the action has picked up! When normally it's the walk of shame in both and you trundle off with shoulders slumped and doing a quickstep!

  • Warm holes exult?

  • As an aside, is this Parky's first visit back?

    Behave yourself son !
    With Mrs JS! 😇
  • who knew the returning Dobbo was going to be such a big pull 😆😉
  • I’m taking DM offers for use of my season ticket in the directors box.
  • I can hear it already…

”Youre only here to see the Wrexham”

    It’s only Wrexham FFS!

If we don’t beat them I’ll certainly be a bit miffed. 🤓

Think he came down with Sunderland a few years back.

    I'm not expecting a thriller.

In 6 away games this season, Wrexham have scored 4 and conceded 4 (and 3 of those were to Birmingham).
  • Any transport issues? Train cancellations? Suppose Wrexham supporters will be flying in so Bugsby Way will be cleared for Jumbo jet landing.
  • Can hardly wait for the post match thread if it don't go to plan..."If only we had Dobbo"...🤦‍♂️

Dobson is either going to have the game of his life, or drop a stinker. I reckon it will be an emotional game for him, usually results in one of the two.

Looking forward to Wrexham match and hopefully a 22K+ crowd, bring 3 relatives, making a day of it, there taking Uber Boat from BPS down the thames to meet for a pub lunch in Greenwich. I'll drive park by the pub and  we will pile into my car and park up and be in the ground & seated 15mins before KO.
Trust me its alot easier now to park than before....the restrictions
Do you honestly think the council have enough parking wardens to photo cars at 2.45 and get back around at 4.45 to check if people have run over the 2hr slot. (plus you get 10 min grace over 2hrs)
The wardens aren't mugs either there not going to risk the roathe of fans coming out of the ground and be caught putting tickets on cars, not seen a single warden since the new restrictions.
  • Some good news for Saturday but sadly not for Jack Marriott/

"First-Team Manager Phil Parkinson has confirmed that Jack Marriott broke his Fibula during training on Thursday, which will require surgery."

If it brings them massive revenue - Absolutely yes.

    I wouldn't risk it

I really hope the bloke gets a great welcome from the fans
And if he can twat Andy Scott on his way back out to the Wrexham team bus after the game that would be a bonus.

I'm sure he will get a good reception . That is until he celebrates when he inevitably scores!

IF he scores, can’t see him celebrating too much, ‘specially if it’s at The Covered End 😏

You'd never guess from this that Oohaah has a very successful sideline as a children's party entertainer
He is in fact a distant relative of WC Fields - "I don't dislike children, lightly fried and buttered they are quite agreeable"
