  • 216 miles round trip with M25 route for every home game. Fareham, Hampshire
  • I used to live 30 minutes walk from The Valley!

    Now it’s:

You are not far from @jimmymelrose who is in La Roche sur Yon.
We’ll be moving about 35 minutes north of La Roche sur Yon at the end of October!
  • @LeedsAddick. Let me save you the trouble. It’s 207 miles.
  • Currently 133 miles from Newark to Charlton. But born in Woolwich and grew up in Eltham then Chiselhurst.
  • 2.9 miles as the crow flies.

1hr 20 min to walk it, should I want to.

But the 14:47 from Lewisham to Charlton is enough to get me to my seat just before kickoff, just.

  • Born in Woolwich (British Hospital for Mothers and Babies), grew up in Dartford, but now live in North London (Golders Green).
I bet there are a few of us that were born there.  Maybe that's a different thread.
  • 3,935 miles as the crow flies from Watertown, Wisconsin USA

If someone could get in the clubs ear at the next Fans Forum about the Valley Away charter jet service I’d appreciate it
  • 5,983 miles

  • 202 miles. The closest I've lived to the Valley is a year near Woolwich Dockyard opposite the Tate & Lyle factory about 20+ years ago.
  • I currently live approximately 2.4 miles from The Valley but used to live at Harrod Gibbons Court at the top of Victoria way.
  • 0.4 miles for 10 years, then 11 miles for a year, now 5.4 miles and if buying a flat works out this time, up to the savage betrayal of 5.8 miles. The betrayal bit is that I'm leaving Millwall country for Palace country. Doing the rounds
  • New Eltham boy now living in Tunbridge Wells, 39 miles from The Valley.
  • It's roughly a 70 mile drive from Ramsgate, but most of the time we visit I'll be staying at my parents house at Little Heath which is a 10-15 minute walk to the ground.

Hoping to be much closer again within a years time.
  • 38 miles for me from Ickenham.
  • 31miles, was 351miles for a few years though!
  • 8.6 miles.

  • 30-35 miles away dependent on route.

Originally from Shooters Hill and closest I've lived to The Valley was Little Heath for 6 months to a year in the early eighties.
  • 1600 km direct Madrid to the valley.

1724km driving all the way (17 hours)

    13 days 5 hour walk

21 hours via trains (pwopa Charlton route)

2 hour + something flight and train

    Think I'll skip Huddersfield away...
    What about by bus?
  • I’m about 25 mins walk away, or 10 on the bus.
  • 16,000 Kms

    Melbourne
  • 168 miles by road.

I've done the opposite. Not content with growing up in CR postcode, surrounded by Palace fans, I now live within walking distance of The Den.
