Another amazing finish. 3 of the 4 Quarter finals have been brilliant.

  • Cracking game of football.

Love seeing two proper teams having a classic game without any of the City / Chelsea mid table fakeness pretending to be big clubs.

That felt like two English football juggernauts going at it from start to finish and I never get that feeling with the two other teams I mentioned

As I said momentum is everything and doesn't matter what team has the possession winning stats only the amount of times the ball goes in the net and VAR agree it's a goal !

No problem if United get Coventry and Man City get Chelsea.

    If Chelsea get Coventry 🤦🏻‍♂️

I hope it does - otherwise it’s likely that Chelsea will get to the final.

Perfect way to get an all-Manchester final.

    Surprise surprise.

So bored of all these cagey quarter finals with everyone having one eye on a Wembley appearance
  • Perfect way to get an all-Manchester final.

    Surprise surprise.
Second year running if so. Have the same 2 sides ever reached two consecutive FA Cup finals? I certainly can't remember it in my lifetime.

Once I think looking at this, back in 1885!

No doubt all of those on here that attended the Charlton 7-6 Huddersfield game were there.

Blackburn Rovers - Queen’s Park 1884 and 1885 are the only times.

I don’t know your age but gonna guess not in your lifetime

I imagine no players in the final were booked for removing their shirts.

  • I'm 132 so that was just a bit before my time sadly.
  • Klopp going the old Sir Alex route by suddenly announcing half his squad are conveniently injured for the international break.

"Jurgen Klopp says Luis Diaz "felt his groin", Darwin Nunez felt his hamstring although it is "hopefully not bad" and adds that he thinks Cody Gakpo has "twisted his ankle".

For a start Nunez played the entire game and looked absolutely fine!

So we have City, Liverpool and looking like Chelsea in the semi's with Coventry.

Who do we think is going to get 'lucky' and draw the championship side?
    That's your football knowledge there.

    Glory glory Man United.

They couldn’t cool down the Man U/Liverpool ball quickly enough… :-)

    Coventry v Man Utd
    Man City v Chelsea

The media should boycott the next Liverpool press conference......but they won't.
  • Mate of mine is a Liverpool fan and he put the defeat squarely on Klopp.

On Thursday night in a game they led 5-1 from the 1st leg and then 4-0 after 15 minutes of the second leg he played:

    Salah 90 minutes
    Szobozslai 90 minutes
    Robertson 90 minutes
    Bradley 90 minutes
    Gakpo 90 minutes
    Quansah 66 minutes

As a result of that you saw the first 3 subbed off yesterday well before the end of normal time with the tie very much still in the balance. I get it's a squad game but there was no need to play any of them in a dead rubber.
