Bowyer and Steve Gallen coaching the Montserrat team?

These sorts of combinations tend to only last a few months or so at a time - just bit of a part time role to keep things ticking over. Often leads to managers getting the hump with it when they realise these tiny nations have very little organisation about them.

There's your answer in pictorial evidence.

Charlton:  "Hi Lee, fancy coming back?"

    LB:  "Fuck off!"

Lyle & Bowyer are welcome to each other.

Sad to see Bows selling his soul for a few shekels/ Montserrat dollars.

But why is Gallen there? He's not a coach, his job is negotiations and contracts and a bit of scouting? Is he roaming the back streets of Brades looking for new stars?
He was a coach at QPR for years

It was only joining us he went into scouting.

    Selling his soul?

He's a football coach doing some football coaching.  And not in Saudi Arabia, Qatar etc.

    Don't get the issue.
When Taylor came back injured I'm sure he made some comments about how he's now lost a player for months due to bad pitches/irrelevant matches blah blah blah.

Lyle Taylor scores after 6 minutes and then Barbados equalises a minute later.

2-1 Barbados after the Rapid Vienna striker scores.

Well, I'm genuinely quite pleased as it may partially explain why he didn't apply for the Charlton job.
Behave, no one who is serious about wanting to be a success in football management would prioritise a resource-poor, FIFA ranked 179 nation over a potential L1 gig.

Montserrat is largely made up of lower non-league players including 34yr and 35yr old Dulwich Hamlet players, and a 38yr old who plays for Tower Hamlets FC in the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties League Division One South (step 6, equivalent of say Bridon  Ropes or Meridian Sports).

Ok, nice little occasional jolly out to the sun, but I’m amazed he’d want to get involved at such low levels of ability and infrastructure
He wants to get involved in cheap luxury living and a wage packet.  I'd probably do the same given the chance.  Why should he work for a living when he can shmooze?

Montserrat won 3-2 with a 97th minute goal from Lyle Taylor.

Being a football geek I knew the face but couldn't put a name until you said last night Shirty.
477 apps over a 20 year keeper career with the highlight being at Blackburn where he played 128 games. Mimms was at Blackburn when they won the Premier League but was the number 2 behind Tim Flowers.

One of my primary school PE coaches at Leyton Orient Trust made his debut for Montserrat. Lewis Dubbery. Plays for Fisher. Lovely lad. Great experience for him.
You come across a lot older.

Ok @Cafc43v3r I'm going to take a guess despite not knowing your age🤔
Mimms played for 11 clubs some on loans.
So random but was it Rotherham between 81-85 ?
