Great performance by Arsenal, and they would have won the league if Saliba had been fit at the end of the season last year3
-
I actually enjoyed the city arsenal game. Two heavyweights going head to head, it was never gonna be 4-4 tbh! Funny to see Pep getting rattled at the end too. Saliba, Gabriel and Rice were excellent for arsenal I thought. Plenty of games to go, but that's a massive point for arsenal and maybe psychological blow for city?
Edit. Haaland losing his cool on multiple occasions too was interesting, which resulted in that air shot in the 6 yard box! Maybe the key to stopping him is to trash talk and give him a few digs? He was not happy, but Gabriel done a number on him this afternoon.0 -

Forest 3-0 up over Fulham at HT is a massive shock. With Burnley winning, and Everton losing, a bad night so far for Everton and Luton1

Marco Silva not messing around.Triple substitution on 33 minutes.0

Fulham pull one back early in second half...0

Everton further points penalty expected to be announced next week and likely 3-4 points.
At 4 they are level in points with Luton and not won for 13 games. They are looking like they may need a miracle or a big new manager bounce... Dyche at risk?0 -
Paul Dummett, with four PL minutes in over two years, comes on as sub and gives away a needless penalty away, enabling Everton to equalize. He's only on the bench because all of Newcastle's other defenders (Botman, Trippier, Hall, Lascelles, Livramento and Targett) are all injured.0

Bournemouth go 1-0 up with 10 minutes plus added left.3
-
Valuable point for Everton0

If deducted another 4 points (which will make 10 in total), then yes they would be in relegation trouble on 22 points. But without that they'd be comfortably safe on 32 points as the bottom 3 probably won't even reach that.
I think they'll be ok though, they still have home games left v Burnley, Forest and Sheff Utd.2 -
Maybe if Dyche played better football and won more games they could be sitting safely in mid table, Wigan in our division deducted 8 points but looking comfortably free of any relegation worries.0

He also has to sell before he can buy, they've made a profit on transfers the last 2 seasons.0 -
That's fair enough but they haven't won a league game since 10 December surely you could blame Dyche for that.
We hadn't won in ages and the blame was entirely down to Appleton.1 -

Everton ultimately have no money and a pretty shit team, so the owners can't expect miracles.0 -
Sheffield United equalising at Liverpool wasn't in the script0
