Blackburn match could be a massive game or if things go badly before then a complete damp squib.1

Mate, we’ll struggle to beat Blackpool on Friday. The last few games we’ve been almost at charltonesque levels of shitness. Don’t worry, its not going to happen.superclive98 said:DOUCHER said:smallwall promotion danger alert level has now been officially removed - they've completely apple crumbled as expected and amber has been replaced by green - nothing to see here now - a slow decent into league 1 can now be expected over the next couple of seasons - nice
Wish I had your confidence. I'll be crapping myself until it's mathematically confirmed.RaplhMilne said:Fuck me it’s very little consolation in our darkest shit world of nowhere, but hey. Don't be coy @Wellred
You've been throwing pleasantries towards our near neighbours for a while now, plus you're apparently meeting up with some of them on Blackpool promenade... we all know what you're after...
..Tickets to Wembley and someone to go with...

I did Blackpool away weekender with Millwall a few years back, that’s the pull of Blackpool, any excuse will do, was decent.I feel like they might just have blown it now millwall, didn’t see it coming a few weeks back. As I said in a post a while ago, no laughing from me, not whilst we are where we are, but that sad reality is that it’s the highlight of our season, that and palace not winning the fa cup again.Sigh..3

Yea they have blown it I half knew they would stuck a tenner on Coventry weeks agoBR7_addick said:I did Blackpool away weekender with Millwall a few years back, that’s the pull of Blackpool, any excuse will do, was decent.I feel like they might just have blown it now millwall, didn’t see it coming a few weeks back. This is why I started posting in CL. Best Millwall related analysis on the internetAddick Addict said:I think we need to take a more relaxed approach to Millwall's chances:
(1) They have picked up 5 points from their last 7 games
(2) They have scored 3 goals in their last 7 matches and failed to score a single one in 5 of those
(3) They have to play Blackpool away next who are desperate for points to stay up. Blackpool have won 2 of their last 3 matches
(4) They then have to play Blackburn at home who themselves need a result to make the play offs
(5) They have to win both their last two games to give themselves a proper chance
(6) Coventry have Birmingham (nothing to play for) at home and then Middlesbrough away (who might well rest some players for the Play Offs). If Millwall's recent form is woeful then Coventry's has been superb - they have lost just one of their last 15. So Millwall are probably fighting for one just one place
(7) Even if Millwall make the Play Offs they still have two rounds to get through
Millwall are available at 12/1 to be promoted. So, by definition, if they were in the same position for this and the next 12 seasons the likelihood is that, at best, they will do so just once. This will not be the season they do so because they are so out of form coming into the final couple of games. Or, put another way, how much would we be prepared to put on us going up had we been in the same form and position?
Though if they come on here to celebrate their play off win I hope the mods do the right thing...3 -
its the process of predicting u will fall away and then it coming true - its been slow but decentBig_Bad_World said:

After last night I thought Millwall were the luckiest team around. Last few weeks they've stumbled badly but teams around them just dont seem to make the most if it. Can't believe that with 90 seconds to go the Blackburn player, when clean though on goal, chips the ball into the keepers hands. PNE then immediately go up the other end & score with an OG & so a draw & Millwall are back in the play offs.
Maybe their luck is turning & with Sunderlands deserved win they now have to rely on others if they want to make 6th.
I'll be cheering on Blackpool friday night thats for sure.6 -
can’t see Millwall making the play offs now thankfully.1

They have six points to play for. Away at relegation threatened Blackpool and home to Blackburn. I can see them getting six points. Why not ? That would get them there I think.LargeAddick said:can’t see Millwall making the play offs now thankfully.0 -
It is 2 from 8, so they have a 1 in 4 chance, however if Blackburn and West Brom win their game in hand respectively then they'll have a tougher ask to be 1 of the 20

Blackburn's game in hand is a derby v Burnley.sam3110 said:It is 2 from 8, so they have a 1 in 4 chance, however if Blackburn and West Brom win their game in hand respectively then they'll have a tougher ask to be 1 of the 2
West brom's game in hand is away to Sheff Utd.0 -
Stop worrying about Millwall. I’m still focused on the ding-dong battle for 10th place in League One. Five teams in the race and Lincoln still have to play Shrewsbury. What a tussle.17

All Burnley tonight aren’t we?11

Seems mental that they would allow that game to be midweek. I assume it's been rearranged?0

Don't have a choice as it had to be rearranged as it originally fell on a Saturday when both were playing FA cup games.Friend Or Defoe said:Seems mental that they would allow that game to be midweek.0 -
What a good win that was for Luton last night
Shows you it's not always about how much you spend it's how you spend it & have the right manager in place3 -
You’d have to favour Burnley tonight v Blackburn. I’m sure Blackburn would settle for a draw now.1

You might be , but I am sure most Charlton fans would be on the side of Blackburn Rovers.MillwallFan said:All Burnley tonight aren’t we?3 -
