Marsh will arguably strengthen the batting but weaken the fielding and bowling .. Murphy is no mug he had a 7fer against India in his first ever test .. England really need to get off to a good start after putting the Aussies in once more .. I was surpirsed too but, as Atherton said, the last 5 Test matches there have been won at Headingley by the team batting last. Having won the toss in all three Tests, we can have no complaints that the decisions as to what to do were taken away from us.
