The USA will be in a situation where their game plan may change depending on the result in the earlier Iran v Wales game. If that ends a draw, then expect them to sit back and play for a point. It'll be up to us to break them down. If Wales win, then they'll have to come and have a bit more of a go.

Even a loss for USA tonight isn't terminal, they'll want to limit the goal difference as a win against Iran would mean it's a straight shoot between them and Wales on goal difference if Wales beat England. I would hope that's unlikely. A draw takes Wales out of the equation, but isn't really much better for the States, they'll still need to beat Iran last game. So they may keep it tight and try to sneak one 2nd half.
