I think NJ really lacks insight, getting sick and tired when managers don't know how to manage their players, should have given him an extra days rest.
The minutes he is giving KD is ridiculous and again Southend would have been a good game for him to be involved!
BTW, would love to see footage of the Ravan challenge. It was every bit as bad as NJ says. Worse than Clare on Edwards, because there wasnt the slightest intention to get the ball.3 -
I hope the Wrexham player is ashamed of that tackle on Tyreece. Was disgusting and I think it should have been a red card, even though I'm sure the ref would use the excuse of it not being last man etc.
Hope Tyreece is back soon.2 -

I don't think it was a red card according to the laws of the game but it should be. It is different to a pull back foul in that the opponent was in full flow and the foul carried a real risk of injury.2

Deliberately kicking a player when you've got no chance of getting the ball, how can that not be a red? ABH ain't legal.4
-
By the laws of the game, it is 100% a red card and NJ is right. The law states that serious foul play (which is a sending off offence) is “a tackle or challenge that endangers the safety of an opponent or uses excessive force or brutality must be sanctioned as serious foul play.
Any player who lunges at an opponent in challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind using one or both legs, with excessive force or endangers the safety of an opponent is guilty of serious foul play.”
The fact that he wiped out TC from behind, deliberately, with no attempt of playing the ball, means he clearly endangered the safety of TC. The referee got it wrong, he should’ve been sent off. It was an awful challenge and I wish there was retrospective action that could be taken, but unfortunately there’s not.21 -
are they allowed to send off Wrexham players?6

Sean Clare put Josh Edwards out for 3 months when Orient played here earlier this season.
Now the dirty Wrexham bastard S Revan has probably done the same to Tyreece. Lets hope
we have someone to extract revenge on them at the away matches!0 - Sponsored links:

You could argue Wrexham’s punishment for that horrible tackle was worse than a red card since the ensuing melee from the free kick was what led to the penalty.
Nonetheless it does seem baffling that there isn’t an option for retrospective bans for such tackles.0 -

For all the talk about whether Nathan Jones has improved any players since he came in... Well Tyreece is the biggest answer
He was a shadow of himself, this time last year, what with the damage that Appleton did to his confidence
Backed out of simple 50/50 challenges, and hid in matches - Last couple of games he's well and truly come alive.17 -
Such a good player but needs to start owning games like Rak sakhi did. I’m confident that will come.0

He was lucky with his goal today. The goalkeeper made a howler.
Tyreece is improving very slowly but often makes the wrong decision. Today I didn’t think he had a particularly good game.5 -

He hasn’t become a clear first choice player yet but it would be great to see him get there.

A fairer comparison than JRS would be the likes of Wagstaff or Harriott.
The various ways we've set up this season has meant TC has played in various positions, without ever playing his most natural position, on the left in a 433, but NJ clearly rates him as he's regularly been chosen ahead of more obvious options.1 -
He showed good strength and speed to get through and with no one near him took the only option available and shot, as he got there I was right behind him in the West stand thinking no chance as he was going through but he proved if you don’t buy a ticket you can’t win the lottery , as a previous manager once said ‘plenty of shots’
he’s 🥩’d up nicely and is starting to reap some rewards , long may it continue15 -
He seems to have worked on his strength and that has elevated him.0

Worked his knackers off yesterday and never gave their right back a moments peace. Can't fault him for endeavour.10
