As long as we were already promoted. Couldn't take the stress otherwise.

League 2 has been tight for a few seasons now.

Stockport Wrexham and Mansfield stood out last season in L2. Only Walsall seem to be doing well so far this season.

Six points separate 2nd to 12th.

Win tonight against Gillingham puts them up to 2nd, despite quite a few injuries at the moment.

Another good example of why you should always try and give a manager time. After a rocky starts he’s doing a brilliant job there on a mid-table budget, hopefully can get them up this season
    Love Jackson. Hate Wimbledon.

Bit of a dilemma for me.

Love JJ and fans are a mixed bunch for every club. Chelsea are the only club I have an Inspector Dreyfus hatred for and I would love to see JJ achieve a promotion for his CV.

Watched a fair bit of the Wimbledon v Gills game. Awful spectacle. The Wimbledon goal was basically scored by a bloke batting it in with his upper arm and one of the Wimbledon blokes was like an American football player at a corner.....couldn't have been more of a penalty. People who think Wycombe Wanderers are bad, should take a look at Wimbledon.

I'm happy for him, top man.

Feel he was lucky to keep his job in 22/23, awful run of form towards the end, but Wimbledon stuck with him. 23/24, 5 points shy of the play-offs with another bad end of season results. Hopefully this is the season he can get Wimbledon in the play-offs and they seem to have a bit about them now so there's every chance they could win it. Autos of course well in their capacity, just might be a bit early to say.

We perhaps did pull the trigger on Johnnie too soon. His squad was awful yet he still has a better win rate than Nathan Jones.

I could see Jacko as Charlton manager again one day.

If we ever came knocking he would be well within his rights to tell us to fuck off.

Sandgaard has gone, he was the one who got rid.

Too many within the supporters were happy to back Sandgaard and not call out the scandalous way Jacko was told he was gone.
    Completely agree.

Really pleased they kept faith with JJ after that first season and now they’re reaping the benefit of that decision. What Sandgaard did was cowardly.
And a crying shame we didn't have the same faith.

I'm glad he's doing so well. Just wish it wasn't with them.

Running down the wing, if his legs haven't gone.

Has well and truly earned his stripes since being sacked by Sandgaard, hasn’t been plain sailing for him at Wimbledon either, well done our JJ

    The above from January.

Great for your CV Johnnie Jackson and great to see his wife and Daughter sharing in the celebration.

26 clean sheets did I hear the Commentator say !
Nathan and JJ seem to have achieved promotion the same way.
