  • Please no caretaker or keeping the coaching set up.

Bin them all and start again. Hopefully with a manager already waiting to enter the fray.
Who takes charge at Sunderland in that scenario?
  • New 7 year deal - TS inspired by Mike Ashley's decision a few years back to secure the services of Alan Pardew, and wanted to give NA a fair chance of turning it around

  • Please no caretaker or keeping the coaching set up.

    Wilder ?
I'm getting wilder by the minute
  • You just know that we’re going to hear nothing.
  • I wonder if Thomas will introduce our new manager at the same time he announcers Adkins departure?

Unlikely, although he was looking for managers before Bowyer left, I'd be surprised if he hasn't been doing so again

These players seem to think they know better, let them handle it themselves

I have a feeling it will be JJ & Euell caretakers until the end of the season.
  • Surely Gallen, Roddy and the Aussie IT Department need to go too?

We will be in for a relegation dog fight then. Happy to stand corrected if I see a dramatic improvement in results. As stated earlier these guys are part of the problem for me.
  • Tick. Tock.

  • Why do people think Wilder would want anything to do with us?

Live news:  Stevie gets the call....
I would take him but can see him replacing McCarthy at Cardiff and getting them promoted within a couple of years. One of those managers that just knows how to get teams into the Premier League. Think he was treated very poorly by Newcastle fans.
I can see him saying sod it and going and doing something more enjoyable with his enormous sack of dosh.

He seems like someone who would be lost without football

Yeh I guess you are right -  I'm judging him by my own tired 61 year old standards....

  • Sorry, I got it wrong about Bruce. I hear the new management duo will be Curbs & Minto. TS locked the door to their "studio" last night and wouldn't let them out until they each signed a 2.5 yr deal 😄
