    We will not challenge with this squad - it really is that simple. Morgan is not good enough, nor are many of the other youngsters. Maybe in time, they will improve, but we need players who will be good enough in this league now. Very disappointed after all the hype.

    Look how we ended last season. Relative to position, we had goals in Innis, Gilbey, JFC, Millar, Stockley and Aneke. Currently we have Stockley.

    I fear a consequence of believing delaying signing new players means you get them at lower wages and transfer fees, if that is what TS is doing will backfire.
    Any agent and other clubs will see this performance and know Charlton are desperate to strengthen the first team to be able to play a full season and will screw the prices up! Not down.
    If we do not strengthen then start looking down the league.
