Because I believe that Lee Bowyer has United the Cafc fan base 100% even the boycotters who still can't come back to the valley until RD goes.
Lee is our main man, even more that the superb Lyle Taylor Baby, the Charlton success on the field is down to Lee, Johnny, Steve and Marshall (keeper coach)
If/when Lee goes we will be bereft because he brings passion and beliefs to the players and gets performances way above the norm.
Window for managers is paramount, even if it's only a temporary rest bite.1 -

Paul Hurst was doing a terrific job at Shrewsbury, Nathan Jones likewise at Luton. They have both recently moved to clubs and seen their careers take a blow. That has to be taken into account when the offer of a pay rise is made from a club like Huddersfield. There is a time to go, but Bowyer has the time to do it right.3
