Cambridge. Any home game you attend if you simply quote your fan ID when purchasing in person it goes on your account. It's really quite simple.
As others have said with always take the stub next time you go and they will add it to your account.
Systems not perfect but it's the best it can be. I see all you've done is grumble rather than suggest how it could be improved.3 -
Just had a count up.
Donny still have 2,700 home tickets to sell and they are not selling for cash on the day.
I still reckon we'll get some extra.
Fingers crossed.0 -
He's grumbling because he's frustrated. I can understand that.cantersaddick said:Cambridge. Any home game you attend if you simply quote your fan ID when purchasing in person it goes on your account. It's really quite simple.

My best guess is Donny are now welshing on the extra 800. Poor form if the case.2

There will be concerns that if we don't get the extra Charlton fans will buy in the home stands. Bit of a dilemma for Donny now.AFKABartram said:My best guess is Donny are now welshing on the extra 800. Poor form if the case.

We would have won the abandoned game of a half of two halves because Doncaster had a player sent off before the 'second half time', and we would've been kicking towards the 'deadly' most waterlogged end.
I was there, and the truth is the pitch was unplayable.3 -
They changed to restricted sale at about 10.30 mate.Baldybonce said:

Seeing as all new tickets will be collect at away venue and when you buy, you don't get ticket details, the club don't need the tickets, just notification on numbers they can sell so it shouldn't take long for Doncaster to say, yes you can sell X. Sadly AFKA, you may be right.0

ticket office told me I couldn’t bring stubs as they could be anyone’s. Shoot me for believing them.
grumble - yes. Irritated fan let down by computer system. And then sent crap from fellow fans for pointing out flaws. Fans who have moaned all season. Many who haven’t even gone to games to support the team.
disappointed in you lot. But not surprised.
Enjoy...

going to be a problem as they are not selling on the day and although they are currently selling on General Sale you have to have either previous purchasing history with them or provide proof of a Doncaster address0 -

True, by far the worst part of the ground was the Covered End goalmouth which we would have been attacking in the second halfseth plum said:We would have won the abandoned game of a half of two halves because Doncaster had a player sent off before the 'second half time', and we would've been kicking towards the 'deadly' most waterlogged end.

It was a bit unlucky on the Doncaster player sent off though, as that still counted and he was suspended for their next match!0 -

Amazing how Lyle and Naby are now at the heart of the club, considering one was only signed last summer and the other was considered an expensive flop16

That video is quality, I know we are in league 1 and scrotum face is still at the helm of the club but what an upgrade those 3 are on the likes of Guy Luzon, Roger Johnson and Lee Novak.
Easily my most enjoyable times as a Charlton fan since the Roland era started18 -
There is nothing wrong with our ticketing system, the points based restrictions make perfect sense, the loyalty points are a doddle to get and the website and ticket office are adequately equipped to deal with the demand, anyone who hasn't managed to get tickets but are moaning about the points system etc. are just bitter.
I don't know how many people expected the demand to be so high but the system we have in place is perfectly fine4 -
Totally agree and well done the staff behind the scenes creating these videos and getting the players down there. And well done to the ticket office at an unbelievably busy time too. I've never had any issues with the ticketing system personally.Braziliance said:That video is quality, I know we are in league 1 and scrotum face is still at the helm of the club but what an upgrade those 3 are on the likes of Guy Luzon, Roger Johnson and Lee Novak.

Has anybody who bought yesterday (before 4pm) had their ticket through the door?

You've gotta have huge grin watching that video if you're a Charlton fan.
Please God Bowyer stays.2 -

Our aways which were in separate transactions have arrived, even one bought yesterday.
But the homes bought last week have not.
Mind you if they need to prioritise with the post, then the aways need to be dispatched first.1 -

Doncaster still have 286 tickets available for the JS stand but are only selling in the first three blocks at the moment. In fact, it looks like they're only in Blocks A, B & C which are just the lower tier. They had sold 726 tickets by noon today.

Not being able to wander into the lower west and pick from about 3000 seats is going to be a big culture shock.6

So Donny have sold 200 home tickets in an hour & have 2,474 left.Addickted said:1.00pm update. Tickets available
