Doncaster back in front against Preston. I really do believe we should’ve aimed at a longer run in the cup. Good for lifting morale of players and supporters. Plus finding out if we were up to taking on some bigger clubs. I reckon we could’ve gone another couple of rounds.0

Appreciate that. But look at Oldham - division lower, struggling to get into the play offs and beat a Premier League side. I wonder what that does for confidence? Will be interesting to see how a cup run affects them now.soapboxsam said:
