  • Isn't Jimi Famurwera the food critic who turns up on MasterChef a Charlton fan? I seem to remember someone mentioning it on here before

Yep, one of my pals. Bexleyheath boy.
  • One dissenting voice among the (48?) Masterchef contestants getting disproportionate coverage on BBC's decision to air the latest series.

Airing it in its usual prime time slot seems like a tone deaf "Eff You" and witless invitation for the anti BBC pile on to persist and intensify.
If the majority of contestants haven't objected then I would have thought that a heavily edited version might be made available on iPlayer and maybe broadcast the lattermost stages to allow the most talented and creative contestants the genuine opportunity for lifechanging exposure.
  • I see Gregg has been strting the grift.  He's on Tiktok promoting his new website and been interviewed by the red tops, and crying about his situation to try to get people to take pity on him.

I do wonder if there is a bit more to his misdemeanours and only the PG stuff has been put out there

He’s been interviewed by the military police ?… must be worse than we thought.
  • It came out in the Ozzie Osbourne documentary that he regularly walked into a room naked, he bit the heads from a dove and a bat, he smeared his own excrement around a hotel room, he tried to kill Sharon and yet - is a national treasure.  It's a funny old world.

(Not a defence of Wallace btw).

It would be grossly unfair on the finalists and winners if their efforts were denied network TV coverage
