Something weird going on. Been a growing number of posts on this thread attacking the aussies and telling them to pay millions more than the club is clearly worth or walk away from posters with very little posting history.

    Russian trolls!
Do they also get smaller and smaller?
Yes, and you never know what bullshit is inside the next one!
  • Still dont get the hatred towards the Aussies. What have they done that is so bad? We need to remember that Roland is involved which will make the entire process a drawn out mess.

Using buying a car as an example, you go to a show room, look around, put in an offer, negotiate and agree the price. Put down a deposit and agree a timescale Of say 3 days to sort insurance, paperwork, tax, garage to service and clean etc. Then collect and drive away.

If Roland was selling the car, he wouldn’t take it off the market once a price has been agreed, he wouldn’t realise it needed tax and insurance, lost the mot paperwork etc. All of a sudden, two weeks instead of 3 days!!!

Has any here bought a football club? Has any here bought a football club off of Roland? I’m equally as frustrated at the time taken but I’m blaming Roland and his merry band of f**ktards and nobody else. He didn’t realise he owed directors £7m! Surely that has put a major spanner in the works time wise.

    What about a house?
    Or shop

Before going off on one about the Aussies @tony1234 it's worth remembering that clubs are bought and sold all the time, sometimes fairly quickly, sometimes not so quickly, and the only reason we're going into meltdown is that Roland is our owner.

Every day he owns us is another day of misrule, stagnation and unfullfilled potential. Were he just a bit crap as an owner we'd have more patience, but the fact that he's much worse than that isn't the Aussies fault.

And the reason for the delays? Well various possibilities have been put forward, any of which might be correct, but until we know for sure, let's all try get along, and cut out the vitriol.

    This is the best analogy......

Current owner helps himself to some stock and the buyer then knocks current owner for a few quid.

Some of them are Roland supporters from the site that shall not be mentioned.
Unbelievably, some morons even now, actually support Roland.
  • Angeldust, on the other unmentionable site, saying Duchatelet now actively looking for executive staff to run the business, as Australian consortium have failed in their attempt to broker a deal for the club.

How about a few players too?

Word on the street is that Roly or more likely one of his minions, is now looking to appoint staff to run the club.

I’d say that the Aussie’s are out of the equation.

Honestly believe we will see at least Aribo go tomorrow, probably Bauer as well. No one will come in and Bowyer will walk.

    Utter mess.

    for fucks sake
  • No need to worry with the Aussies deal dead in the water. There is also the second (imaginary) bidder.
  • And here's hoping redhenrys lot come riding in at the 11th hour on a white camel

When and if Bowyer walks then so do I (after Accrington game as I have booked hotel and paid for train and match tickets)
  • Are the roles being advertised as 1 month rolling contracts?

Well, precisely. How many people would be prepared to (i) work for Duchatelet (ii) work for rubbish money and (iii) commit themselves to a job that's more than likely going to be short-term? And how many of them are likely to be at all competent?

Well, precisely. How many people would be prepared to (i) work for Duchatelet - someone out of work (ii) work for rubbish money - someone out of work and (iii) commit themselves to a job that's more than likely going to be short-term? - someone out of work. And how many of them are likely to be at all competent? Competency not a requirement.
