Why on earth would Roy Hodgson want to go there of all places?

I believe he was born in Croydon and started his playing career there.
I believe he went to the same school as Lennie Lawrence.
  • That lot could be playing in the Premiership for 25 years and they would still be Palarse...

Woy feckin Hodgson... bring it on!!!

He was a youth player there and went to John Ruskin and played in the same school team as two Palace legends -Steve Kember and Lennie Lawrence!
  • 3 games in and they are thinking of sacking De Boer. Just mental.
  • He's had 3 games!

    Football has gotten ridiculous.
  • 1-0 down inside five minutes at Burnley.
  • Lovely back pass. No-one wants to see that happen!
  • Come on the Burnley.
  • Tom Heaton down and looks like he'll have to come off...

    Nick Pope on the bench.

I think 'Super Sunday' might be over doing it today. 'Sunday' would have been more appropriate.

    Super if palarce lose.
  • "Chung Lee, I call him Chungy"

  • 315 minutes and no goals scored for the Nigel's.

    Good on ya Pope!

  • 4 games, 0 goals, 0 points.
  • How on Earth did Palace lose that?

Maybe ,just maybe, lady luck is finally turning against them.

  • Awe, I hate it when it just does not go for you!
  • To be fair to De Boer I dont think Palace played that badly second half (missed the first)... Reckon they'll go down but that'll happen regardless of who in charge.

Management is a harsh business too because if Scott Dann had taken his chance, he'd probably keep his job yet the Manager cant do much more to get his players to score!!
  • Crystal Palace are the first top-flight team since Preston in 1924-25 to lose their opening four matches without scoring a goal

    Haha
  • Beautiful !

Keep the undercover work going Agent DeBoer
  • Still 34 games to go, that's 102 points left, sadly there's plenty of time for Palace to get their act together

You can understand if Palace become leakier at the back than they were under the more defensive Big Sam, but to score no goals as well is hilarious!
