Garry Monk is apparently the new Sheffield Wednesday manager

Neil Harris is the current favourite for the Huddersfield job, someone has probably had a score on him.1
-
How he continues to get a job, especially at Championship level is beyond me. He’s reputation with the whole agent and transfer situation should have put off a whole load of clubs.killerandflash said:Garry Monk is apparently the new Sheffield Wednesday manager1 -
he knows where all the bodies are buried ((:>)Sage said:

can't see Harris in Udds any more than I could see Bowyer .. Nige Adkins would be a safe pair of hands0

I wonder if Derby have made a Coc up ?Lincsaddick said:Cocu at Derby was another strange appointment by an owner who seems to have more money than football sense .. I doubt that Cocu will last past Christmas1 -
Tonight is a big game, lose that and get a few winners at the top tomorrow and I reckon the Derby board will start to look at the gap opening up and bin him.soapboxsam said:

Be a bit tough if Cocu is sacked tomorrow for not getting 3 points tonight

Leroy Rosenior was sacked by Torquay without having gained a point in his reign.killerandflash said:Be a bit tough if Cocu is sacked tomorrow for not getting 3 points tonight
Mind you, the club hadn't played any matches and he was only in charge for about 10 minutes before a takeover was completed and the new owners appointed someone else ...1 -
similar thing happened to Steve (barrow boy) Claridge at Millwall .. think he lasted a bit longer than 10 minutes ((:>)Briston_Addick said:

Yes, a harsh sacking but Watford have been in freefallSage said:

Although I dont remember him leaving it does sound on the BBC as though Flores resigned in 2016 rather than being sacked
Of course these days a resignation could be nothing more than an owner letting a manager save face0 -
Dino Maamria has been sacked by Stevenage
Mark Sampson who was controversially sacked as England Manager for the Lionesses has taken over as Caretaker Manager
Going to be curious to see how he does - Was impressed with him for England, dont think Phil Neville has done any better and think Sampson could do quite well in the Men's game3 -
It will be interesting how he does, he does bring a fair amount of baggage with him but on the pitch he did an excellent jobForeverAddickted said:Dino Maamria has been sacked by Stevenage

For all the hype around Neville, all he's really done is kept us at the same level, i.e. semi finalists1 -

Looking very likely Cowley will take over at Huddersfield. A risky move for him, though looking at the map at least Huddersfield is fairly near to Lincoln, so he won't have to move house!0 -
Hudds to Lincs .. 60 miles .. I have a feeling that Cowley still lives in Essex .. IF he goes, it will, of course, be a right nasty blow for the Red Impskillerandflash said:https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49634696

"Football League World" on twitter (so could well be rubbish) is suggesting that Michael Flynn will be Lincoln's first choice as a replacement for the Cowleys - Doubt its true but wouldnt want it to happen either as been impressed with how he's doing @ Newport0
