I watched the game - Charlton struggled to get any real momentum until mid way into the second half and to be honest a lot of the time it was due to Zyro being totally off the pace. Playing in a central role did not necessarily look alien too him, but he was very slow and at times you could see other players were frustrated when they tried to move through the phases at a higher tempo, as he either missed the run or simply did not react. I'm sure this is mainly down to no game time at all, which questions why he is on loan in the first place, as the only club who will benefit is Wolves. However he did not show me any glimpses of being at that level. To his credit he persevered and he seemed to get a bit more confident as the game went on. He looks a powerful athlete and that was the biggest disappointment as he never really used that to his advantage. Ajose worked hard for the team and Pearce seemed to enjoy the 90 minutes and his vocal support helped. Paige also looks to be getting stronger and he again looks a real team player and encouraging the younger pros. Albie Morgan played well and overall Ipswich will probably feel a bit hard done by. It was a shame not to see Doughty until late on as he Morgan and Paige combined very well last week. Charlton basically won the game through a peroid in the second half where Ipswich seemed to tire. A real smash a grab performance, that I'm sure will be seen as three important points, as the league is very tight this year. Robinson was there as was McCarthy.
Thanks SJFC Glad to see Ajose was working hard for the team, always liked him even before he moved to us, would love to see him kick his Charlton career on from here

It seems that Ajose is ahead of Zyro in terms of an attacking option from the bench at the moment. It would be ironic if the player KR didn't want proved to be a match winner for him ahead of his two new loan signings Zyro and Kaikai

It would also show that Robbo set the standard required and Ajose accepted the challenge. He could end up a much better player

Often how football works out so wouldn’t be too surprised. He is a goal scorer and if Robinson can get him to work hard for the team, add more to us in that respect, Ajose has a lot more to offer us before the season is out.

Which shows good management. We all know Robinson wasn’t keen and thought Ajose was lazy, but he has set a challenge as you’ve said, and if he meets it, we all benefit.

He will surely be better than Dodoo
Probably a bigger faux pas, than when Ken Craggs was sniffing around Billy Crap from Invercardale Thristles.
In my diary.
Page not so assume ready to replace Dasilva if needed.
What will come first - the takeover or the removal of the superfluous apostrophe?
