  • Jesus that even if you want to buy over the phone now as well... Used to be a £1 that
  • Do I have to pay if I got an NHS exemption certificate ?
  • It's how we roll now, add-ons.
  • If the club is so strapped for cash why is it selling our best players at bargain basement prices?

    Madness.
  • That explains why my password is never recognized, they want the extra £2.50.
  • As long as they add the 2.50 onto the away fans customers as well. I bet they dont
  • Was that drafted by the same person who came up with the Labour Party rulebook?

Does it apply to away matches as well as home games?

  • Already stuck this on the Bury thread, but this may break consumer law:

"There should always be an option to buy tickets at face value without paying extra service charges. "

That option is buying them online and printing them off yourself.
  • Form an orderly queue please

Can't do that with an away ticket, though.

I've emailed the 'fans' address with that link. I suggest others do the same - fans@cafc.co.uk

pay on the day then but then there is no record of your purchase on your purchase history.

I'd suggest complaining to the ticket office manager but since the post was made redundent I don't think there is one.

You could try Tony.keohane@cafc.co.uk or Katrien.meire@cafc.co.uk but don't hold your breath waiting for a reply.

I'd imagine that the fact you're very likely to be able to pay on the day would give them an out. Although I'd have thought they'd need to provide that information up front.
  • Has 21 always been the case? £3 increase in ticket cost 2 hours before the match?
