We'll all have a bloody good laugh about this with Kats and Roly one day when they lead us to Premier League glory and we're all friends again.
I can see Roly merrily rustling a former protester's barnet as Kats playfully punches another's arm in jest. Good times ahead. What a great time to be alive and supporting Charlton.

'Under the Companies Act 2006, an individual found guilty of filing false documents to Companies House could receive a prison term of up to two years, a fine, or both.'
I will be as pleased as the next man if nothing is done about this but there is, obviously, a law in place to attempt to prevent it from happening.
My guess is that up to 2 years in prison / a fine, is aimed at Directors or Senior Management filing documents at Companies House concerning their OWN company with a view to deceiving their bank/creditors etc etc for gain.
Just logging back in on this one and laughing even louder than yesterday. What a shambles the management of our club is. Complete and utter laughing stock. She is the management equivalent of losing 30 matches in-a-row. If Roland can't see this for himself he deserves to lose a small fortune on his Charlton 'investment' and have his reputation in Belgium tarnished.

We should all admit to it in a kind of "I'm Spartacus" moment.
Brilliant prank but with no malicious intent gets a massive, and very public, overreaction.
It sounds like a Monday Managers meeting response. KM is annoyed, understandably TBF, and it gets discussed at the Monday managers meeting. She suggests making a public statement and Cajones and Joyes just say "Yes, Katrien, great, super idea" like the toady yes men they are. The new Head of Comms doesn't know what is happening and without listening to anyone with any sense it's on the OS.
Then it's on the BBC and all over the UK and Belgium press and Companies House get a free plug for their security system out of it so they are happy too.
Can't see the Police giving it more than 30 seconds.
South London shambles Charlton Athletic have expressed concern after the resignation of chief suit Katrien Meire was falsely posted on Companies House. “This document is false and [we are] investigating the matter as it is something we take seriously,” sniffed a club statement.

Even Peter Mandelson would have struggled to spin that in a positive light. Two sentences which include "shambles" and "sniffed". Oh Katrien. Oh the new Head of Comms.

Sitting outside Tekkers Bar in Costa Teguise.
Getting lots of strange looks whilst actually, truthfully crying with laughter.
Brilliant.
