How can we all sit here and criticise the players (well mainly Fox it seems), yet our own performance for what was probably our biggest game so far this season was shocking! We was dreadful in the stands today. I'm not surprised the players weren't up for it.

In fact I might go on strike.
Everything about today was shit, effort, singing players performance and banners protest.
If we are to get out of this it needs a joint effort. Players and fans.
For me, the situation is like this: "Okay then, Roland, so this thing before us is the thing of your doing, so come on, Mr. Big Idea, show us how it works, given that you're so clever and know it all".
Of course, you don't think it's clever at all. Whilst you wish to be entertained and see a good performance, you know it's all about a money-man making money, and you also know that what you see before you is so hugely inferior to what you enjoyed, for the most part, in the past.
So we sit there, thinking "I really don't like this at all". And the atmosphere's as flat as a pancake and the absentee owner doesn't give a flying toss.
Duchatelet was bad news from day one. Pity that more didn't see this at the time, and make a fuss about it some 18 months ago.
Roland is destroying this club and I'd be surprised if we got more than 5000 season ticket sales next season.
I hope I can get my usual Charlton fanaticism back, but at the moment I feel that Its not really worth the effort to go. I've seen us put out worse teams, but the present situation and this regime, has sapped my enjoyment, and love for the club. If a season ticket holding, Valley painting volunteering, CAFC mad supporter for 40+ Years feels this way god knows what a more casual pay on the day fan must be feeling.
Unless side-ways passes turn you on..
Losing 1-0 at home doesn't bother us that much, it's just the lack of drive, the lack of belief, the lack of quality and the general lack of passion that runs throughout the whole squad that really makes this season different to any season back before RD, I've never felt this much amount of apathy towards our club before.
Spot on, last weeks result briefly encouraged me to go but that enthusiasm has been drained away, and now meh!.
The fact that people are still turning up deserves a ton of credit FFS.
I would consider real passionate fans someone like Pompey , well if they couldn't stop the slide of their club , which also had mismanagement, down the leagues then I doubt if we sang and roared out fucktard team along for 90 mins + stoppage time it'd make a difference
The life has been drained out of us and the team , how much affinity has anyone really got with any of our players or management apart from a handful of what's left from the old guard
Sad times
