    I have been 'Position 4' for 30 mins.

    I am going to start a fans forum to open some dialogue with the club, because I AM BLOODY IMPORTANT!!!!!

    I used option 6 to get through rather than the away ticket information one.

    Got mine. Will now allow myself to fall into the same trap as usual - get excited, convince myself there's a chance we might win, spend the days before the game imaging Jacko banging in our 6th goal of the afternoon and celebrating wildly in front of the away end.

    after waiting for 55 mins, used Mob and opt 6 did the trick.
