We're not even a joke club right now. Too boring for that.

Fine margins and all that.. I'd we had held on you'd all be saying it was a ground out win?!

Nobody who watched that shower of rancid semen would acknowledge we deserved anything today. We somehow managed to look worse than a pretty poor Rotherham team.

No margins in it, I wouldn't be suprised if we don't get a single point until March. We have steadily gone from decent to utterly atrocious since October.

The bottom teams have started to win and we have forgotten how to,and we know what will happen against Millwall.
Hard to know how this can be turned around. We have no hold up forward and no attacking midfielder. The writing has been on the wall since September.
Anybody still want to defend the 'network'?. This looks like the third transfer window when the squad has not been strengthened.
  • Alarming to see Vetokele have a tantrum at being subbed after just 1 week of working with his new manager.

And did anyone else notice Bikey unable to take a bollocking from Solly in the first half for cocking up a long ball?

Overall their seemed to be no attacking strategy that worked/existed, but at least it was not a loss.

  • Shapeless performance against opponents there for the taking.

Strange mood at the end - crowd perhaps still stunned by yet another late goal conceded, or resigned to two points lost we didn't really deserve.

No sign the new manager has changed much at all. I thought that he would want to put down a marker on his first home match, having done well at Wolves last week, and we would really go for it, but no - the same one-paced disjointed show that has become the default home performance. Thank goodness for the points in the bag. The two squandered today might turn out to be priceless ....

If you define walking off slowly, half shaking Luzon's hand and then throwing his gloves down into the dugout as a tantrum then we have very different definitions of the word.

    Assume you aren't a parent?

You shouldn't be suprised, Bikey has not taken critism well wherever he has been. He's been shite for months too and gomez should have his spot

    nothing changes.

i honestly wonder how some of these coaches make a living.

Rotherham were poor. we were as bad.

why on earth changes weren't made at half time I don't know.

for the 5000th time, Harriott is not a centre fucking forward.

we are listless, clueless and it was boring.

we score and typically drop 10 yards and surprise surprise.

if the powers that be cannot see we need a hold up man up top then I give up.

we are the wimpiest team in the Championship.
  • Wait till boro get hold of us next week
We really will be depressed then.

2nd half we stepped it up a bit

Watt for Igor was the right call IMHO

Cousins man of the match with Solly.

Liked the keeper. Boy can he kick it straight and long. Great save at the end.

Rotherham deserved something but for fecks sake. We're winning in injury time and concede.

    We would have been 12th

    12th FFS.

As it is were now only six points from the drop.

Get that cheque book out Roland. No, "Let's wait and see what the squad is like in August" bollocks now.

Lepoint looked terrible but did set up the goal. Veljkovic I thought did very well.

Harriet will get slated but he did OK and better the Igor who should have scored for the early corner when TBH blatantly blocked off the marker to let Igor run free. Lovely thru ball from silly he didn't get onto. Early season both would have been goals or a pen.

    Same problem as all season.

    Thin Squad

No creative midfielder (yoni not good enough)

    No hold up player

Different manager same dross on the pitch. It's as if there is a cancer in this club at the moment and there is no specialist at hand to put a stop to it.
    It's totally depressing.
To be fair Rotherham deserved at least a draw today.

We are still 7-1 to be relegated. Looks like a fantastic price to me.

If we can't beat Rotherhan at home what chance do we have beating other sides in this division.

    Very little.

One of the (many) problems is the lack of width. We always play through the centre, looking for the killer through ball and it's soooo predictable. Cousins and JBG are on the "wrong" sides so they always move inside and it seems the full backs aren't encouraged to get forward.

IF .. the last minute equaliser had not gone in - and yes I know IF is essentially wishful thinking nonsense - we, would be in 12th spot, half way up the table. THAT is how tight this division is. But you all know that anyway
I was not there but find it hard to accept that the team's performance was as bad as some are portraying.
Rotherham away from home is a team that specialises in a spoiling type game, the uglier the better so far as they are concerned.

Lepoint is apparently box to box, on that showing I assume they mean horse box to horse box - he looked pony.

Completely off the pace and the majority of his touches went to a Black shirt.

Hopefully just a fitness thing but a less than auspicious start.

Bkackpool one win in how many ?
Millwall first win in about 15
I think started to win is a bit strong
Still got to be concerned when we're 6 points off the bottom 3, playing the way we have been for the last 3 months.

The clear problem is confidence , we'd are still playing some nice football some if our play was excellent today but when at the start of the season we were relaxed and prepared to try things now we are taking extra touches and lacking the belief to try things , scared to make an error ...
Today we controlled the game never really looked into much trouble but when we scored it was like what do we do now ,,, we started topanick because we wanted to win so much ..... This happens when things are not going your way again today clear handball was missed these things you need to go your way ...
New manager still looking and working out the players looked like today that DM had a lot of say in team affairs

We just need that bit of luck to break our way , two new players coming in on monday somehow we need yo build the confidence ....

Who's topanik. That our new Belgium striker.

That was absolutely dire and it very difficult to take any positives from that pile of dross, other than the fact that we managed to get a point. We had a flat, one-paced, rigid and totally uninspiring central midfield partnership of Buyens and Veljkovic (who doesn't look to have a creative bone in his body). Igor and Callum were pretty hopeless up front and when Gudmundsson and Solly played decent through balls in the first half, they made an absolute hash of them.

Rotherham didn't offer much after their good start but it would have been a travesty of justice had we won. It was classic Charlton to sit back after we'd taken an undeserved lead and invite them to pump balls into our box, especially given that our new keeper isn't keen on coming for crosses.

I appreciate that he's only just got his feet under the table, but if this is the sort of football that Luzon's teams are going to serve up, he is going to empty the ground.

This team has forgotten how to win football matches and it is hard to see where the next 3 points are coming from (maybe via three more draws). Make no mistake, we are being drawn into a relegation battle and, with a few honourable expectations, I have real doubts as to whether this team has the stomach for it. It is all very, very dispiriting.

    2 points dropped.
We should be beating the likes of Rotherham.

    Are you Tony Mowbray?!? (:

Just trying to make the point that it looked disrespectful esp as Vet has only known Luzon for 5 mins.
