Curbs would actually be a great fit for Brighton. They love him almost as much as we do down there. Whether he'd want a Championship job and whether the owners would go for an older, English manager over the likes of Poyet, Garcia & Hyypia is another matter.
Surely he can't really want a job otherwise he would have had one by now. If he's holding our for a Premier League job he'll be waiting a long time. Someone like Brighton, if he were offered it, would relatively speaking be a great job for most managers.

Well he certainly wanted one as recently as November 2013, when he expressed an interest in the Palace job that was ultimately given to Pulis. And he got involved at Fulham after that. I think he's always wanted a job, but only if it meets certain criteria regarding location, who the owners are, etc.

There are two factors which seem to have severely limited his managerial career.
1. Suing West ham. 2. He only appears to be interested in a london based job at a club in the top 2 divisions.

Wasn't he interested in the Wolves job after Mick was sacked?
