Maybe they could set a reminder on their phone every month when the rent is due, or set up a DD with their bank?
That's what I do, it stops me from being evicted for non payment of rent.1 -

Well done Tracey Crouch.1
-
Excellent news - well done to all concerned, including their Supporters’ Trust. This is when such organisations come into their own.
My daughter has recently moved into a shared house around the corner, so we’ll pop in for a game sometime, assuming I’m allowed in without a beard and skinny jeans.0 -

Yes, I thought it smelt of Roland as soon as I saw the headline - although doubtless his manager is bigging up the interest0

Great news. I would've seen Dulwich more than just the once at Welling if they were at Champion Hill. Tooting is an awkward schlepp for me by comparison. Will definitely be there a few more times this season.1

Indeed. I would never have thought that selling your home to a property developer and then expecting cheap rent would end in tears.Kap10 said:

Two Dulwich fan MPs.
An interesting conflict of interest.0 -
Plan to be at their game on 29 Dec. They're playing Slough.
Come on you Rebels!!!!0 -
I'll be there on boxing day - looking forward to it.1

Plans for a new Dulwich Hamlet ground and housing on the current one have just been approved by Southwark Council.9

At least my second team has some good news!
1 -
My second team too, absolutely do not want them to become my only team.5
-
That is good news, my second team by a distance as only a 15min walk from my place.1
-
My non-league team. Delighted for everyone at Champion Hill.
Wasn't that long ago they were locked out of their own ground. Stories like this rarely end this well.2 -
Can we ground-share with them for a while when we play in the whatever southern division next year?0
-
Easy to get to by trains to either Denmark Hill or East Dulwich.0
-
A good financial deal for Dulwich, but hard to get too excited, especially as the new ground is much the same as the current one, i.e. one main stand/clubhouse, and basic facilities on the other 3 sides1
-
Doesn't matter the state of it, it is their home.
We weren't complaining when we returned to the Valley with the East Terrace closed, temporary stand on the West and two old stands north and south.3 -

They're building flats on their current ground, and building a new ground next door on some open land0 -
Playing on one knee for the first half may prove a hindrance though.0
