Looked terrible without our best 2 players, looked good with them. Not really any surprises there. Main concern for me was it looked a bit like the crazy Bikey we haven't really seen so far whereas Ben Haim was on top form next to him that it didn't get shown up too much. Obviously need to come out of the blocks quicker in the future.
Terrible first half. Second half was the best we have played all year. Completely battered them and shows that our lack of possession at the start of the year was more tactical than lack of ability. Wiggins and Solly were like their old league 1 versions in the second half. Tucudean plays a vital role for us, and I really hope Igor and JBG start on Tuesday. Also thought Buyens moved IT about nicely and looked back to his early season form.
We look a solid championship side and if that leads to mid table I will take it all day long.
Watched on stream. First half was awful. Gave possession away far too easily. I was screaming at the monitor nearly every time Moussa had and then lost the ball. He also made George look terrible. When Johann came on we were a lot steadier, but we weren't at our best until Moussa was out of the picture. Igor created a chance within a minute of coming on and then Rhoys started to come to life and combine well with him. Great work for the goal, and then I was confident we'd go on and finish off the Wendies. Igor should have done when one-on-one with their keeper, but he just lacked 1/2 yard of pace when getting into position. We will be alright with all our first choice starters back, but obviously need better options in attack and need at least one good loan signing now (don't know what to make of Onyewu) and must be better prepped for Jan window. First 1/2 performance 5/10. Second 8/10.
Definately a game of two halfs. In the first we were inept. Moussa and Grant were out of their depth and too.many players went missing. Second half was great and really good to watch. We got the quality on with Gudmundsson and Igor and it showed and Solly and Tal Ben Haim were immense. Could have won it but a draw was ok considering the first half display. I fancy I to win up at Leeds of we start with the team that finished.
1st half struggled to get to grips with the game but still had some good moments. 2nd half dominated and deserved to level things up. Had quite few good attempts at goal and shame about the disallowed goal. Great to see Igor back on the scoresheet. Enjoyable and encouraging 2nd half performance!
I'll be honest, although we need tucudean playing as we have no other target man, the guy is the biggest lump of shit I have ever seen
He may score the odd goal, but For a big guy he hardly wins any headers and the amount of misplaced paces he does in a game ridiculous. Shame we have no other option.
The lack of width was evident with how much solly and wiggins were getting forward. Really wish one day charlton will have actual out and out wingers who can take and beat their man not winger who are there to contain pressure!
Have to say ben Haim was by far the best player on the pitch. Only player who ran with the ball with any intention.
Peeters played a midfield diamond first half, no wide players and it showed with Drenthe getting Wiggins 1on1 and they scored from it. Second half we adapted, Cousins went wide left and they doubled him up and he got yanked from the game because of it. Igor and JBG made a difference, Ben Haim, Solly, Jackson and Buyens were instrumental in the first part of the second half and most of our chances came from that side. Wiggins showed exactly why I called him our worst player in terms of realising potential with a run that made the goal, quite why he doesn't do it more often is beyond me as he's very effective going forwards.
If we start games the way we finish them we'd probably be top 2 right now.
Posting without thinking. Toothless without Igor. Great run by Wiggy for the goal. Nothing too much to criticise. Nothing too much to praise. JBG off pace once he came on as you would expect. I can't get my head around what's so wrong with our midfield but there is something.

Harsh on George IMO. Whilst he is not the best player we have ever had he is far from some of the dross served up over the years. He does a lot that helps bring the best out of some of our other players. He dropped deep and laid some nice balls off and linked play well. Sure Igor would want him on the pitch more times than not.
Wiggins and Solly had awful first halves but fabulous second halves.
Bikey was poor today, and he is my favourite player... From where I was sitting he looked like he gave away a stone wall penalty... And looked like their goal came from a hopeless challenge by him....
Vetokele... Fantastic.
I get the feeling Ben Haim gets fed up with the team sometimes, and when he does, he runs effortlessly with the ball about thirty yards and then generally hands it over to someone very nicely. Man of the match for me today, had that Nuhu fella in his pocket.
Cousins had some nippy movement.
Tucadean is piss poor.
We are one striker off being a playoff contending team....
Fair result in the end, couldn't believe that Wiggins let the scorer inside when he scored. Igor looked good when he came on, Ben Haim motm, ref didn't bring his cards with him, not sure how JJ didn't get booked for a tackle that had he got the bloke he was off.
Formation in first half awful the full backs getting no cover, grant and tucadean look out of their depths. However what a second half could have had 2 or 3 more with a bit of luck or better finishing. Ben haim immense today.
Couldn't tell if Charlton were good second half just because Wednesday decided to sit back.
Anyway, what happened with 3 Wednesday fans in the north upper first half???
One of them was thrown down the stairs by a steward, followed by about 50 17 year old kids running down the stairs in the upper north, which was probably the most cringeworthy thing I have seen since acousticsgate

The stward saved him from getting a hiding.
I meant the 17 year olds, not the steward. I remember a Wolves fan was in the East stand a few games ago, it took all the strength of a steward to stop me bovril and feathering the bastard.
Wiggins sets up Igor to score and they were our two guests last Thursday.
Thought is was a good game with two well matched side.
The 433 seemed to suit us but KAG showed his inexperience and he and Moussa weren't on the right wave lenght.
I thought George did a good job on the right of a front three.
Johan B Gud and Igor made a big difference as you would expect and Buyens had his best game for a while. JJ played a skippers role while Solly was like his old self.
But MOTM for me was TBH. Coped well with them in the air and on the ground and brought it forwarf well.
Draw seemed fair as Weds had some quality and scored a very good goal. Doubt they will challenge for promotion but they won't lose many.
Certainly the proverbial game of two halves, draw just about fair result of an entertaining afternoon Shame about the Wednesday knobs that thought that it was fine to sit in the home end a celebrate and away goal. Stewards got them out just in time after a slow response
The second half performance was a definite improvement KAG needs to learn at a lower level, when using pace is good, when in tight situations dwells to long on ball. Moussa sorry can,t have him as championship player, George continues to look very average. Everybody else played their part, could and should have won. There will be better sides coming !
Two mid table sides, neither with the quality to press for a place in the top six, but both well organised, albeit with very different game plans. Probably a fair result in the end.
We don't have a target man, in contrast to Wednesday for whom Nuhiu was effective in that role, and knowing this Wednesday pressed, making it difficult for us to build from the back. Peeters started with a 4-3-1-2 today with Moussa in the hole behind Tucudean and KAG, presumably to help us keep the ball, but it didn't really work in the first half.
For Wednesday Drenthe was almost unplayable for the first 25 minutes and his goal, cutting in from the right, had an air of inevitably about it. Thankfully he then stopped threatening. When out of possession Peeters keeps the side very disciplined and narrow. I wonder if that's why wide players have done well against us?
We improved in the second half. The introduction of Gudmundsson at half-time and then Vetokele helped, but Wednesday sat much deeper and allowed us to control the game. Whether that was tactical or a result of their high press being unsustainable for a full ninety minutes is not clear.
We had several, consecutive corners, but they coped with them easily, helped by unimaginative delivery and the colossal Nuhiu, and we really didn't look like scoring.
The goal, when it came twenty minutes from the end, was a little out of the blue. Wiggins, who had been ineffective going forward up till that point, created the goal with a brilliant run and cross.
I thought we'd then go on to win and Igor went close, getting on the end of a through ball from Cousins. However, Wednesday seemed to up their game again and the match fizzled out.
Tal Ben Haim was simply outstanding today. Bikey-Amougou was more erratic, but these two have been our most important signings. Without them the league table would look very different. Buyens was back to his best.
Peeters appears to be clear what he's trying to do, but doesn't have the players. We have enough to avoid another relegation dogfight, but unless the cavalry arrives in January we'll be mid table at best. Progress is clearly being made though.
Happy with a point. In the 2nd half I thought we might end up with all 3. Probably one of the best halves we've played all year. We haven't technically lost a game where we have had Igor for The entire 90 minutes so I believe Tuesday at Leeds will provide some much needed relief. Can't really say more than 1st half we were poor, 2nd half we were brilliant. Simple as that

Because FH (and most of our other games) it's very clear to see it's BP stopping him bombing forward, leaving him back is why he's not fulfilling his potential. Having him as an extra option going forward was a breath of fresh air, he was linking up with Igor well up there and still had the energy to bomb back after.
Fair result, defence & midfield solid with TBH and Buyens the stand outs, no cutting edge first half but cousins should have scored with free header from corner, subs made the difference second half. Thought d'urso had a good game, turned down 2 optimistic penalty shouts, 1 each, and got pretty much everything else right tho Buyens may have been booked on another day for foul on bloke who was stretchered off.
Igor made the difference between a defeat and almost a win. Our midfield of Buyens, Cousins and Jacko were magnificent in the second half the way they turned the game round. The thing I disagree with many people on here is our central defence. A silly lunge by Bikey on the goal as well as almost giving a penalty away near the end. TBH often out of position and gives the ball away in silly situations. We have just 2 clean sheets all season and in my mind neither are good enough defensively. Morrison although not great on the ball certainly knew how to defend

Limping through until January.
Just my opinion.

Buyens, Gudmundsson and Vetokele could all easily cut it in the Premier league.
I think that our season will be defined by the amount of injuries we have. If we are lucky then we could cause a few upsets.
If we can keep up with the pack come January then that could tempt RD to invest in the transfer market..
