Don't know what Graham is like now but should be a good player at this level.

Can't see us letting Morrison go. It would just necessitate another signing, since we can't have Bikey and TBH as first choice with pretty much zero experienced cover.
Like the idea of Graham. Not a goal machine but a good old fashioned centre forward who still bangs a few in, especially at this level.
He can go on loan as soon as the loan window opens, of course ....... and at the same time, sign a permanent deal with that club to run concurrently from Jan 1st when the transfer window opens again.
Morrison is - I think - 24 and has the best years of his career ahead of him.
And we just gave him a new contract.
Doesn't sound to me like the RD way of doing things. And as others have said, he would have to be replaced.
Is it really the case that if he becomes a free agent after the deadline he cannot sign for another club?
Would love to see Danny Graham playing for us. Always rated him.
Graham would be a good signing for us. Would be really pleased with that.
Graham is an interesting signing at this level, I'm sure he'd do a good job. Was thinking we'd get more of a quick and nimble striker as back up to Igor though as we already have Tuc and Church?
The question I would ask is what is the risk in signing him and is he worth it?
I would expect him to the "disappointed" to lose his first team place. I'd be more worried if he wasn't.
How he reacts to that disappointment now is what matters.
As others have said it is probable that his chance will come with injuries and suspensions.
And there is another big assumption that the rumour has any truth to it.
Graham would be a good signing if he could get settled down here but the reason he joined Sunderland is because he wanted to move up north.
