Yes I'm out here for the World Cup and it's been class notwithstanding our disaster.

I have photos of me with gus so will post one when I can but they're on my mates camera and he's gone up to the Costa Rica game today with it so until he returns, I could well have fabricated the entire conversation!

Why would anyone bid he is out of contract!

I believe that as he has already signed a pro contract then, as he is under 24, if no fee was agreed it would go to a tribunal. Maybe a Club is seeking to avoid that.

Unlike Gomez who, as he hasn't yet signed a pro contract, would leave under the terms agreed between the FL and PL and we would only get a previously agreed fee.
