my 10 year old nephew was on his way to meet CP at Bromley Addicks and had a good question to ask too. He was gutted when it was cancelled. He wasn't happy when CP was sacked and tearful the other night when we drew against Huddersfield as we were still bottom and he so doesn't want us to go down. Can someone get CP to give him a call please, landline or mobile is fine.
if Powell has just called you then im going out tonight on the lash with ghandi
I think we have established he has called her, why wouldn't he? Why would she lie? What a silly statement from you! Enjoy your drink fest with your imaginary Ghandi!
As other's have said this is far from unusual from both players and managers to take a few moments to write or call fan's when it is appropriate. This type of thing happens all the time. What makes Chris stand out is he did this after leaving the club. Just goes to show you all the class of the man. Turn it around and if it was a work contact that was about to leave or had some other life changing situation upcoming how many of use would pick up the phone and wish them well? I would and have many times.

I asked Chris to ring Fiona. That's how it came about. It happened.
Is that you Large?
Just show's what a terrific bloke Mr Powell is.
(and, well done (Sir) Henry).
Multiple 'fans' take time out of their day to snipe at recipient of said call.
One of these acts is classy, the other sad, and I mean sad in original meaning of the word.
