Lets not try to put across the image that sackings never work out, because sometimes clearly they do. Will it work this time? I very much doubt it, so i'd want Powell to stay, due to our troubles being mostly factors that the manager is not able to control or change.
In the short term benefit is minimal, in the LONG term maybe, long is the operative word. Therefore I reiterate, change for change's sake or in panic is not an option. CP has been successful in the time he has been here, if change must happen, now is not the time.
