The game was lost as soon as the team was announced. Why no fit again Solly and Wood with Wilson moving into midfield ?. The selection of Pritchard and Green was ridiculous as was playing just one totally out of form striker AT HOME. We got what we deserved today .. f**k all. Powell needs to buck his ideas up and start picking logical/competitive teams. I have tickets and a hotel booked for Bolton next week. So far we have been competitive and I would say unlucky in the away games that I have seen. However, I am becoming disillusioned and totally cheesed off with Powell's selections. I am seriously thinking of chucking my Bolton ticket in the bin and finding something more enjoyable to do over the Christmas weekend.
Disappointed with Powell's substitution losing and waiting 83 mins before bringing on Sordell shockin, I can excuse the fact he has not had a budget but when you are losing and dont look like scoring, 83 mins before your third sub aint on .
Also, if Harriott wants to know why he is not getting a starting place at the moment maybe he should explain why he felt it necessary to do stupid trick when attacking in a dangerous position. Tried to make a Liverpool full back look stupid but only succeeded in looking foolish himself. Fear he is another lad with undoubted ability who will fall by the wayside unless he bucks his ideas up.
There was only ever going to be one result between the division's leading net busters and the division's most goal-shy team.
But there is a mood of doom around the club at present that runs deeper than the result of a match that we all knew we were never going to win. Unless something changes dramatically this team is going down. Several of the players are performing like they know it, too. Kermogant looks like he wants away and you can't blame him.
As the current owners have no interest in the club's future, they will not be handing Powell his P45. But for his own good he should probably think about walking. Things are only going to get worse, and leaving on his own terms, saying that the owners had made his job impossible, would probably look better on his CV than hanging around and getting relegated with possibly the lowest total of goals ever scored in a championship season (last time we were relegated in 2009 in bottom place we scored 52 goals - so far this season we have 16 in 20 games).
The 'A' word is now being openly mentioned. And if the current owners can't find a buyer who will agree to their inflated asking price, then whipser it softly but perhaps administration may be the least bad option.

im with you on the team line up what a joke. don't look good.
I thought we were decent until their first goal, we then ended that first half very poorly.
We came out second-half and gave it a go but our lack of shots and chances created were what cost us today.
Feel for Powell....can't be easy for the guy but his decision to take off Wilson for Sordell with five minutes left and leaving three at the back with Stewart and Harriott as wing-backs was questionable...especially when Bryson ran through totally unmarked two minutes later.
Yann still looks unfit....struggles to leap as high as before, but still won headers but not to much effect.
Pritchard was awful....perhaps should have come off earlier.
We need luck and money-maybe both at the same time. I still have faith in Powell.
'Lack the finishing touch' could be written about every game this season. There's a difference between bad luck and just being unable to create goalscoring chances.
I'm with IA, nothing will change, he won't be sacked, nobody would také on this situation, he wont walk he loves Charlton, he wont be given any money in Jan, we are going down end of. That's why he's, reluctance to make subs aint helping him, he gave it a go at Reading and it had a effect and as a fan we couldn't have a go at him, but why when we look so stale leave it so late to bring a third on , we need to be proactive and make it happen for us, and im with SirJohnhumphret, I just can't have Harriott, he's a show pony.
Better than Ipswich but we look like a team that is defeated as soon as the other team score a goal. Green just not good enough. Pritchard didn't play well in a difficult role off Yann (bad decision imho) and did look unfit, which is unusual as he normally brings a lot of energy, even when he isn't playing well.
Still behind Powell but struggling to understand why our big loanee striker isn't getting more of a chance in a team struggling for goals. I would tell him "You have the shirt for the next 3 games, show me what you can do alongside Yann". Surprised that Wood isn't back in as well. We looked a better side when he was in it.
Up until today I thought we'd have enough about us to stay up - not so sure now.
Lack of money and goals is a pretty damaging combination and as much as we can turn it around again, we know from bitter experience how a season can slide away.
We were still in the game until their second in the dying minutes, but for all the huff and puff it never really felt like we were going to get anything out of it.
I do think a change is needed for the next game. What's wrong with Solly to start, Wood to start and Sordell up front with Yann? Maybe push Wilson up to midfield.
As others have said, there was no lack of effort today and many decent individual performances. I thought Cousins was immense and Stephens is beginning to look a very good player.
Once again, we didn't get the breaks though. Derby had done very little until they scored with a cruelly deflected free kick. No way did they deserve to be in front at that stage in the game. The second goal rubbed our noses in it and made Derby's win appear more comfortable than it was.
However, there is no denying that we look absolutely toothless. I'm really not convinced that Kermorgant works up front on his own and was surprised when I saw the team CP had picked, not least when it became apparent that Pritchard was playing in behind the lone striker.
In many ways we look better (or no worse) than we did last season, but something isn't working and we certainy don't have the same edge. It really isn't obvious what the answer is, but if we're going to play a five man midfield I'd be inclined to start with Church. It might also be worth trying Sordell alongside either Church or Kermorgant if we're going to play two upfront.
Finally, its hard to know quite what Sordell has done wrong. Perhaps his attitude in training stinks? It was clear at half time today that we were unlikely to score and yet he sat on the bench until the 84th minute. What's the point?

Ditto! Look on the bright side Lincs, Bolton is lovely this time of year! I shall wave as I drive through Lincs on the god awful A17 from Norwich.
Played some good football in spells but never looked a threat in front of goal (yet again). Prichard was awful today and think Powell should have replaced him at half time for church, can't understand why he was even picked to play that roll. Green did his usual pass the ball, run and hide. Harriott looked more of a threat in the last minuets than Green did all game. Thought derby were poor today any were there for the taking, but lack of quality let us down yet again.

And how you respond to misfortune is what determines who stays up and who goes down.
Last week was the other side of the coin and was about how we responded to being two-nil up with 20 mins to go.
But in both cases it was about character and it was found to be lacking.
I don't believe these players are intrinsically lacking in character. But I think feeling that they're irrelevant pawns in a game being played by owners they barely know and have hardly ever met must make it very difficult for them to 'rise to the occasion'.
It was a crock of shit, poor tactics, poor subs, don't get me wrong I like Powell always been behind him untill recently, but I'm afraid that his time is up now I think he has to go. We need an experienced head in here now

Do I have faith in our squad?-Hmm.

Send him back and bring someone else in on loan?
Like for agree.
Lol for disagree.

Looking for positives; most of our play is as good as that of most teams in this division.
Accepting the negatives; we don't score enough goals to stay in this division, and there is apparently no prospect of changing that.
I think we're going down.
