Break of 111 from Higgins, could have got a 145 and set a good target for the high break but came to straigt on final black and had to try to force it in to get onto the yellow and mised it, but he still takes a 2 frame lead
On a side note Stephen Hendry has just confirmed he has not entered The UK Championship.
So he still hasnt entered 1 event since his comeback, I know he said he was gonna practice and enter when he felt ready, but he only got a 2 year wildcard tourcard and has lost a quarter of that already prety much.
If he wasnt ready, then he should have waited until next year lol practiced this year then got the wildcard next year.
Unless he wants his first event to be the Scottish Open maybe which is directly after the UK Championship, I guess we will see
Same as the first frame, full of mistakes from both players but Trump took it, both these players are well below average on pot success, halfway through that frame Trump was in the mid 80s and Bingham in the 70s and there were a few more misses(as well as pots) after that so doubt its improved to much
Murphy tried one of his weird breaks, completely missed the reds again, Gilbert asked the balls to be put back, so the ref had to put the white back where Murphy took the break from and he missed them again, and left a free ball, I was sure Gilbert would have had them put back again to see what Murphy did and potentially win the frame and match without potting a ball in the final frame, but instead he took the free ball on and missed it
