  • Incredibly, that was our 30th away point of the season!
  • Brownie still bigging us up on BBC London :-)
  • Proud to be a red tonight
  • As tonight and Saturdays performance shows this team are together and fully behind SCP

Think of the games we have let slip a lead and only got a draw or lost late those small margins are why we ain't in the play offs

This points total is a good return thus far and any other season we would be safe as houses

We will stay up it will not be plain sailing but make no mistake SCP has done a fantastic job and long may it continue
  • More tactical ineptitude from the clueless clown :-)
  • Always proud to be one

Sounds like Kermo took a bit of a battering again. Would be interesting to see how many times he has been fouled this season.
  • Wow, that effort was fantastic! I feel tired now.

SCP gets this lot working for the shirt. Top top result. Win on Sat and we are safe I would think.

Still time for some of you to get your season tickets!!!!!
  • MASSIVE point that well done lads and the fans who travelled down
  • Well done to all that went. Listened to BBC London, am exhausted. What we have always wanted is players to put in a shift and we certainly have that. The rubbish that we had to put up with in the Dowie/Pardew/early Parkinson days is finally becoming a memory.

  • The pleasing thing for me, listening to the BBC London commentary was the way the lads fought as hard as they possibly could, for the club, for the fans and especially for SCP. Throwing themselves in front of shots, running until they were out on their feet. Well done the team for a great battling point
  • Against the odds yet again. Very welcome point. One win and a draw and I reckon we're home.
  • Very important point that one I think!
  • great game to update on, thought they all played their hearts out tonight......just posting to prove I'm still awake and not as the picture that @TCE has put on the final page of the match thread......that was taken last week...(at my birthday bash!!!)
    night all
  • On bus to Park and Ride now.

Great and gutsy performance, nearly stole it at the end, but was to be. Very proud of the boys tonight
  • It's a great point and a real thing to build on
  • Some Brighton views before the game on their starting XI:

"What a mouth-watering team that is! Great stuff."
"Charlton fans - dont want to jinx it but the starting 11 you are facing tonight is FAR better than in the 2-2 earlier this season."
"With that side I'm happy to stick with my 3-1 prediction"
"Wow at how attacking that team is."
"Sweet baby Jesus that looks good."
    "Dream Team!"
"Very attacking! With Bruno it would be pretty much first choice squad"

It's a good clean sheet, make no mistake about it. Perhaps the best of the season.
  • We will get 61 points
  • chuffed with that. 28k there tonight one of the form teams in the league, the lads have done us proud again away from home
  • didnt see or hear the game but followed the bbc commentary and by the looks of things that was a well earned, valuable point. especially as it was away to a top 6 club, who have been playing well. COYR

  • Brilliant point and sounds like they all put there bodies on the line.

More performances like that and we will be safe no prob.

Bring on the millwall of the north
  • Great home record Brighton and a very good team the boys deserve a couple of days off now SCP
  • Always proud to be one

Same here but especially proud tonight mate

  • Excellent result. May well become a vital point in 6 games time.
  • Well done to all that went. Listened to BBC London, am exhausted. What we have always wanted is players to put in a shift and we certainly have that. The rubbish that we had to put up with in the Dowie/Pardew/early Parkinson days is finally becoming a memory.

That was exactly the point Phil Parry made, recalling a night when he was commentating a game of ours at Bristol City, when he said some weren't fit to wear the shirt, and what a contrast with tonight's performance.

    Monster result. Na zdravi!

  • great, great result - these last 4 points have been so crucial

well done SIR Chris Powell & the boys...
  • Very good point. Not easy to stop Brighton scoring. Delighted for Hamer after a difficult time.
  • Good enough for you oohah
  • Brighton's biggest crowd for a midweek game at the Amex.
