I'll drink at the Holmesdale spastics main pub. Seriously we've took the piss at Palace so many times it's not even funny anymore.

Last time we were there the pub outside Thorntonheath Train Station was full of Addicks and absolutely rocking, possibly the best pre-game pub atmosphere I've witnessed in all these years. More of the same please.

  • They will just need to look at you to know you qualify as a concession Fanny.

"U21 concession of course miss In you go"

Aw, BC, you say the nicest things !

    Bootlicker !
  • What is the Palarse main pub?
  • We will probably go to Thornton Heath and have a drink there.

For those of you that are going to London Bridge, it maybe worth noting, that the Millwall are playing Hull and it maybe a little lively around there.

We took Gambardo's once - me and a small tidy firm of 7 year olds.

OK seen it now, so everyone take a packed lunch, and or sign up to an evening class in the next week or so, or visit Pat Pong market.. oh and sign up to the trust its only a fiver

Since our club were likely to do similar I am not sure we can complain, can we?

..isn't the best answer for all football clubs to become fan owned collectives?

    :)

Seriously though the words - 'small', 'tidy', 'firm' and '7 year olds' should not all be in the same sentence.

    Agreed.

Happened so many times it's starting to verge on bullying if you ask me...

Nothing official, but people are willing to pay it so they make more money by charges these prices. I think Simon Jordan pointed out that he could make more with a half filled ground paying high ticket prices than by filling the ground each week.
  • Palace have advised that all tickets will be checked as fans enter the stadium, and if a supporter is unable to prove their concessionary rate with the appropriate ID, they will be sent back to the main ticket office where they will have to upgrade their ticket to that of an adult.

Wonder what Airman's slant on this is following his earlier comment about queues forming/police involvement.

Have just gone into the OS and see this info has been added to the "Ticket" link and not to the main body of latest news. Most who have already purchased tickets would be unlikely to revisit that section of the website for this match & hence would be unaware of the apparent necessity to bring some ID .

I do not hold a driving licence, my passport is currently being updated ( due to recent sex change ) and my bus pass does not have a date of birth on it. Suggestions what I should take along on the day, please.

You don't have a driving license?!??!?!
This was more eye catching for me! :O
