Saw him in Nandos in Greenwich this afternoon - interesting news.
Does he still have a house down sarf?
When we play Boro up there I imagine the booing from the disgruntled home fans as Boro slip to another defeat will drown out any cheers and boos from our supporters.

Surely any cheering and booing from our fans will drown out theirs. from what i've seen on tv highlights, the riverside always seems to be mostly empty seats
Everyone remembers the Swindon penalty miss, but to be honest we should have won the game in normal time so I dont blame him.
Even if we did win Millwall would have murdered us in the final. They were on a big run and we struggled at the end of that season. You think losing to them at the Valley is bad, imagine that happening at Wembley in a play off final!
When he missed that playoff penalty he was in tears. Parky said afterwards that without his penalty successes through the season, we would not even have been in the playoffs.
This says it all, so I don't know how anyone can even consider booing him.
When you think of a dream team since the prem we've actually had some excellent players - a midfield of Jackson, Bailey, Reid and ZZ for me shows the quality.
Was the best player in an awful team, single handedly won us games that season. He missed an important pen but has done a lot more for us than most over the past few years
would love to re-sign him in the summer but his wages will be much to high for us at the moment.
That would stop the season ticket sales in their tracks! Cmon he was a bloody liability never should have been in the team we had at the time. Talented yes but, misguided also.

That's it, Kap. Remember being at Swindon when Bails scored a last minute equaliser - and it went mental with that song!
Brian Cole taught me it (Not many words so learnt quickly) and sang it on the terraces at Brentford, then sang it in the Upper West very loudly to giggles and sour looks.
Ps Occaisionally sang to Christian Dailly, replacing Ginger with Curly

Never should have been in the team we had at the time? Nah, much prefer Therry Racon and Dean Sinclair! You are absolutely deluded.
No boos allowed on this site, only cheers. Show some respect. Think of his family. Don't mention how he divided the Charlton community. Blah blah blah blah blah.

Len, this is the only site in the world....even the bloody Daily Mail has allowed critical comments in the interests of a balanced debate on the legacy. Sickened by the self-righteous banality of the ''show some respect'' moderators, for whom I have lost respect over this.
Read the link. Written by the BBC sports editor. Whom as far as I am aware is not a Trotskyite agitator.

Are you going to ruin every thread with your opinions? You've said your bit, everyone knows your views, now do us a favour and shut your trap. You really are something else.

I'm sorry, you're sick of people telling you stop celebrating the death of an elderly lady?

I think even now he would improve our midfield.
