Pre-match music at The Valley

I have been wanting to say this for ages, but why is the pre-match music before the teams come out so poor???!!! Sometimes nothing is played!

Please, please can the "into the valley" song by The Skids be played really loud before teams come out??? We used to do it. Why has it changed??? It represents the ground and it builds up the atmosphere!!!!!

I love the pre-match "This Is The Valley" video, but a shame that it gets cut off halfway through so often!

Me too on the This is The Valley video - we barely get to see half of it now before it gets cut off.

I did? Don't recall, how far back is that going? I started doing the music not long after CP took over at the helm. Any suggestions of what Zep tracks?

I think he means the (ahem) 'reimagining' of Kashmir. Be nice to hear Kashmir properly - failing that, Whole Lotta Love or Achilles' Last Stand (though you wouldn't be able to fit much else in pre-match if you played that!)

Glovepup, is the best dj we have ever had as he plays an eclectic mix. Some clubs just fire out that RnB poo, love the fact he plays some Rock/Metal in amongst the pop.

Much as I like the song, not sure I want to be told just before kick off that I'm on the highway to hell - I've usually figured that out myself about 5 minutes into the game!

Maybe Shoot To Thrill more appropriate?!
