Recently watched Say Nothing on Disney+, thought it was really good. It did make me laugh at the end of every episode, there was a disclaimer saying that Gerry Adams says he was never in the PIRA.
Just finished this, very good. The disclaimer at the end of each episode made me smile each time! I guess it was a convenient story for both Sinn Fein and the British Gov’t to say that Adams was never in the IRA to make negotiations possible.
It’s interesting that I grew up in London during the early/mid-1990’s and remember the IRA bombings. My wife is the same age and grew up in the countryside and has no recollection of anything to do with the Troubles.
Yes Landman is a superb piece to watch. Billy Bob was brilliant in a very early film called Slingblade and later in Goliath. Taylor Sheridan is certainly on top of his game. Im now about to watch Yellowstone so hope its as good as they say.
It's good, but why does Sheridan write some awful shallow female characters. The wife and daughter are just padding and irritating.

Oh I dont know, Ali Larter gets some great lines, she is absolutely loving playing that character "whoever you're mad at, ain't inside me baby, thats Saturday night sex not Monday morning sex"
The daughter too, she's playing a bimbo but she has some class lines
watched the first episode of The Split, Barcelona last night - what an utter load of old shit!
Ha. I enjoyed it. Loads going on. Have you previously watched the first two series?
I did and thought they were Ok. I've never read a Mills and Boon novel but I would imagine the tv equivalent is this 'special'. Only saving graces were the Mangan one liners.
Never watched it before but 1st episode of Traitors had me gripped. Can see why it’s so popular
I would deffo watch the first two series if you have got time afterwards, just to see the various tactics and how they try and learn from series 1 to series 2
Some of these have gone right under my radar (not counting the 3 that got off the train). Genuinely cannot remember even seeing Anna in the 2 episodes so far and just noticed Joe/Dan are two different people !!
Primarni needs to get kicked out, most annoying Traitor ever and that is saying something when Linda is one as well.

It was filmed in and around Folkestone, so nice to see places I recognise.
We wondered whereabouts it was filmed.

Plenty to look forward to if we get snowed in.
