Don't know who's doing the kit, but I have been doing some work for a person well connected at the UN and, knowing I'm Charlton, they told me about a deal with Unicef for the shirt sponsorship. Great gesture by the Club, FACT.

Ive got most of the Shirts worn by Charlton since the eighties...this Macron red shirt is as good as any....the light blue less so and the white one, not too crash hot at all......the big let down with all the Macron gear is the transfers all pel oof eventually....ruining a good shirt...they did the best range of training tops the first year....superb, but all ruined by the transfer fiasco. Probably the best made of all shirts was.........
Le Coq Sportif....not necessarily the best designs though.
Nike have lost the England rugby kit contract to Canterbury.
I couldn't care who makes the kit as long as it's not 'Admiral'.
Any team that wore their kit used to get relegated.
Aggh, that tight piece of crap with the admiral logos on the shoulder. And the grey version. I've never forgiven that shirt. It was a kit that screamed relegation, as did the Carbrini shirt, while this year's says "we belong in the third tier".

I think this years kits are the best we've had in a while

Ah, but we actually had our best Top Flight season in that period with those particular kits. Don't forget the yellow 3rd strip too! (uurgh, I shudder at the memory of that one)
We were relegated with a quite decent Admiral kit, which was simple & effective in design, & way baggier, & we reverted back to a blue away kit.

I would prefer Adidas though.
