like the left hand nike one, but would love us to have adidas
  • Nike are bringing out there new catalogue in April, I would have thought the new design will be from one of the new ranges as the present ones only have one more year to run.

Still have my Adidas Kit from 87 and on a good day after a period of fasting I can still slip into it.

Even templated, an adidas or nike kit looks
classier the Joma, Macron etc. Just a shame they are not more individual.

Saying that though the classic admiral kits of Coventry, Dundee, Luton? (with the two stripes) from the early 80s were the same design.

Four year deal with Macron http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/charlton_athletic/8537361.stm

Btw, Nike stuff is rubbish, if we were shifting, Umbro would be my choice, only company who seem to have an eye for design
  • Nike stuff is very good quality and umbro are owned by Nike.

Just generic designs, Umbro have been given the freedom by Nike to have an eye on nice design.

Btw, Villa have dumped Nike for Macron

Love this. Someone mentions we have a new kit/maker and people start coming up with their own designs like they are Gok Wan!
I would love to see what Gok Wan comes up with!

Quite like the home kit by macron.

Obviously Macron isn't a big enough name for the Mysterions. Does the KRBS deal end in the summer?

Not really fussed who makes the kit, as long as we have these badges on the sleeves...!

Nike or Adidas for me. They know what hits the spot with the kids (and lets face it, it should mainly be for them) and do some decent stuff other than just the kits. I'd happily spend more in the shop if it was decent stuff although we've had far worse than the macron gear. Nike or Adidas, like it or not, suggests success.

I won't buy anything made by Nike because they pay a vast sum to Man Utd. I believe the current deal has given Man U over £23mn per annum, they are asking for £35mn pa for the new deal and I don't feel like subsidising Wayne Rooney's wages.

It can be an old red tee shirt as far as I'm bothered as long as it has one of thoughs on each arm.

This season's is by far the worst home kit we've ever had. It wouldn't look out of place on a Sunday league team. WTF is that stick man doing on the shoulder? IF it were Nike, I'd go nuts. The Man United Nike shirts have been really smart.

However, with Adidas being the last big hitter to make our shirts, way back in 1987/88, I find it unlikely!
