  • What a tool
  • I got absolutely slated for calling him a prick earlier in the season.

Apologies from all of you on a postcard, please.

We only need one chance......we`re so lucky......we only need one chance!!!

Sung to the tune of " He`s better than Shaun"
  • I always stood up for him. I said he was an honest pro who tried his best. Looks like he is rather sour about leaving us. Good riddance.

Just one simple question, where does he get his jokes from?
  • I think he's probably a bit upset about the song which was quite loud so i'm sure he'd have heard it or been told about it, which has affected his comments. The song was a bit harsh but ultimately, that's football and the content is actually quite accurate. Semedo deserves and got more respect for the effort he used to show.
  • That Gary Player was a lucky bastard as well...........
  • LIke any sportsman, the harder they practice the luckier they get.

  • Spanish twat.

Hmm. That's not very PC is it. Strike that. :-)
  • Yes Rob , you mean Spanish tosser.

  • what a muppet! he aint got a clue. we didn't offer him a deal because he is awful. talor and morrison thank you very much. one of the most innacurate interviews I have seen.

    Not very. Ignorant English prick.
  • Moving to the biggest club of his career! Pfff, what a tw*t!
  • Dont know whos more deluded him or hoof it mugson
  • Moving to the biggest club of his career! Pfff, what a tw*t!
It probably is the biggest club of his career. Didn't really have a career with us, did he
  • TBH

and lets be fair here, yes he has spoken a lot of drivel, but he was not the most gifted or Intelligent footballer we had , but like our manager back then every one who met him said he was a nice guy

He got screwed over by Blackpool and is looking for a contract (i know he signed an 18month) to see him out in England, if by some freak of nature the maaaasive weds do scrape the playoffs he will be hoping that they dont get rid of him as soon as they go up,

he is wrong about so much in his interview and most of it is quite commical, but he is playing to his audience

He never had a clue he never will have a clue but he plays for that shite team now and all the time he is there they wont have a clue , so let him say that get his contract and weds will be in the 4th division ASAP
  • The boy talks nonsense. Much prefer all the defenders we have now to Llera.

  • Comments like that will not endear him to any club -- reckon he has one more season in english footy and hasta la vista.

Mig if you cant lose dont play" ..........well at least one half :-)
  • Such a desperate "like me, please" plea to the Wednesday fans it's laughable. But they're so far up their own arses they will probably be lapping it up.

Good. Let them. We know better and can have a little smirk about it, but I don't see why people are defending him telling blatant lies about our club. The "facts" he states just don't add up. I don't want him shot for it, but equally I wouldn't leap to his defence as though he's some sort of victim of bullying ffs.
  • I can't quite believe the fuss about this.

    1) He's Spanish and this is not his native language.
    2) He is right that we have had a few games where we've ended up winning by the odd goal.
    3) He is now a Wednesday player and he is being interviewed by a local paper.

It's no worse than the sort of stuff we read in the News Shopper. They are just not going to print stuff that ridicules the local club, even if the payer is stupid enough to say it.

    you forgot to add

    4) he talks crap
  • Llera has never seen Jackson score a free kick......isn't that because Llera took them all?
  • @masicat....I thought of Gary Player there too.....the less rubbish centre backs we have, the luckier we get. Funny that
  • I don't care what he thinks. Just find it bizarre that he'd so openly stick the boot in to a club. Whoever the audience, you very rarely hear players talk so openly negatively about an opponent.

Listen to our players or manager before and after matches, and its all very professional - 'they're a good team, theyll come back strong, long way to go' etc. Very professional and classy. That's the norm.

Big difference in Mig saying "we're still contenders" and saying "we're still contenders because charlton are just lucky and over-rated".

    Bizarre comments.
  • BBClaus, I think you have to cut him some slack because his native language may well mean that he intended to say something else but the journalist helped him to frame the words.

He might have aimed to say that there is a long way to go and as some of our games have been close affairs if our luck turns then we could have a few dropped points by the end of the season?
  • so what did he really mean then when he said we have had no injuries???

    whatever language...he's talkin b******s

  • He seemed to speak OK English at the sponsors dinner!

Didn't Llera put in plenty of effort as well? It was one thing some did like about him.
  • Also I like how we get one piece of luck where we score once, even though we have a +31 goal difference and have one a number games by a large margin (e.g. 4-0). Big Mig doesn't seem to do his maths very well...
  • maybe he didnt add it up in his native language
